we stayed at Joyce's apartment for 7 days. it was wonderful and very comfortable and close to the beach and the pool. we had everything we needed right there. we will definitely book with Joyce again. We had an awesome vacation thank you Joyce.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View was beautiful. So peaceful. Philip was so pleasant and checked on us via text to see if we needed anything. We will definitely come back to this wonderful condo.

We loved our time at Samuel's condo! The space was spacious, nice and clean, and the view is spectacular! Our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Helene but the 4 nights we spent there were perfect! We can't wait to return!

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

The private balcony with the lovely view was amazing. We also appreciated the stocking of the Keurig pods. The space is very modern.

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. Loved this beautiful stay!! Looked just like the photos and was all we wanted and more. Looking forward to returning to this beautiful home! Loved the views from the balcony, the place was very neat and was enough space for my husband and I and our dogs. Loved that it was dog friendly for our furry kiddos. This was GREAT. Lisa is beyond amazing host. She started with a set up for our dog and it was was so sweet of her. It was holiday time so everybody is busy but oh well she did it!!! We had a bit of the problem with dishwasher and she was beyond helpfull. The Condo has a great location very well decorated ,very cozy . We would definatelly go back there. Thanks Lisa!!!

Sandra’s condo was beautiful, clean and just right for our family. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. I think this was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The pantry was stocked with a very large assortment of spices and there were plenty of extras of toilet paper and paper towels. The private outside area right outside the front door is perfect for sitting on and enjoying the weather. The pool and tennis courts were very close as was the gym. We liked everything so much we are returning in May for a week long stay. Thanks Sandra for such a lovely place!

The mattress were amazing, quite place, Amazing view of the Bayou. And many restaurants around to eat and very close to everything in Tarpon Springs FL,.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

This Airbnb has a great location, close to everything, and is well maintained. Our host, Matthew was readily available and responsive to all questions and needs. This condo is located across the street from pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, grocery and drug stores, restaurants and night spots. Not to mention Madeira Beach. I would recommend a stay at this place anytime and will look forward to visiting again.

Loved our stay. Have stayed at the Yatch Club before, but loved the size of this home. The second bedroom has twin beds but also a roll away bed in the closet (even though we ended up not needing it). The rooms were very large! We had everything we needed for the beach available to us, but the beach cart does need an update (should be larger and needs replaced (if you are coming with a larger family than 2). Every other thing you could possibly use at the beach is there at your disposal. The swimming pool is directly beside the house, which was awesome! The beds were comfortable and it is quiet! Will return here! (We stayed here for 3 weeks)

what can I say about the kondo tiki that hasn't already been said. It's the perfect air b and b. Every single thing about the condo was perfect. The tiki theme was perfectly executed, and not "over the top". Simply put, this is what the gold standard should be. The decorations, the experience the location, everything stellar. No notes, no improvements needed. As for the host, responsive, helpful and friendly. Again, perfect.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

Love this condo right on the beach! Peter is the best and a great host. Great communication. The condo itself is extremely spacious and comfortable. We really appreciate being able to rent this fantastic place. The sunsets and views are amazing!

I cannot say enough about Jordyn. She was so accommodating and kudos to her immediate responses to my many questions. Her customer service was superior. The property maintenance personnel- Taveon -was extremely kind and helpful. He made me feel welcome and safe which is important as a single woman traveling alone. The condo was very cozy and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
