This is an AMAZING place to stay. Staff was incredible and so nice!!!!!! So responsive when trying to book this place. The place is so clean and beautiful. The front desk staff was so insanely nice. And the girl I forget her name with brown long curly hair was the best. Does she ever go home? lol then the shorter lady working Monday was so nice too. Definitely worth it and I will be back. Amazing.

we stayed at Joyce's apartment for 7 days. it was wonderful and very comfortable and close to the beach and the pool. we had everything we needed right there. we will definitely book with Joyce again. We had an awesome vacation thank you Joyce.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

We are from Citrus county and needed a fast booking for a quick get away. This was perfect for our family. Cute space, nice pool, not overcrowded, and co-host was responsive when we had questions.

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

We had a great stay here! The condo was charming, not too over-renovated (if you know what I mean). It was well-appointed, extremely comfortable, and very clean. We loved being on the first floor because the view was entirely of the beach and the water, and it wasn't noisy at all (which I was a little concerned about before our stay). The one controversial thing for our group was the giant TV in the living room which blocked some of the view (adults weren't a fan, my kids loved it), but it was an extremely minor quibble. Key tip: the walk-in closets were AMAZING for our baby's travel crib - she was close to us, but had a totally dark and quiet room to herself. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time at Ocean Club and enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as described in the listing. A short walk to the ocean. The pool was heated and the hot tub was relaxing.

Would absolutely stay here again! The views were beautiful and gorgeous from the condo, even the view from the parking garage was amazing. Right in the center of a lot of things to do, peaceful and super clean. The host was amazing at communication and was super helpful throughout the stay, really went above and beyond!!

Mallory was responsive, helpful and accommodating even to last-minute requests which resulted in a seamless and comfortable stay for my elderly family members. Being exactly as described was very much a relief as it helped with arrangements and accommodations often a concern housing my family. I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. The view was fantastic. We saw dolphins every day from the kitchen sink. The bed was super comfortable and the location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do in the area. We are hoping to find this place available next year when we are in the St. Petersburg area. As a bonus we thought the pool area would be closed because of damage from the hurricane but it was actually open!

Sandra is an amazing host! The condo looks exactly like the photos in the listing. She set it up like you were arriving home when you first walk in the door. Finding the condo was very easy with clear instructions. The unit is well furnished with toiletries, laundry supplies, and various cooking supplies. The location is incredible with so many dining options around, and shopping areas a very short drive away. Sandra is very responsive to messages and any issues that may arise. She wants you to have a great vacation and you can tell by the effort she puts in to make her properties warm and inviting. 5/5⭐ - Would definitely stay again!

Mathew was very on top of everything, quickly responded to anything we needed. very nice, cozy place to stay and very clean. Loved the beachy decor throughout the place. Had everything we could need for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, slept like a baby. Was a nice rec center next door with a pier. Got to see the most beautiful sunrises and dolphins every morning. The price for our week's stay was very affordable. I will definitely be booking with Mathew again.

This was one of the most peaceful stay. Also considering that it was snowing the whole time in Boston while we were here. Amazing views and a great responsive host. We will be coming back here soon.

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

You will not be disappointed if you rent Peter's place. Our family of five really enjoyed ourselves in Clearwater. I can't imagine that you can find a better value than this.

We were displaced due to hurricane Milton and found this place to stay close to our old place. The owner was very helpful and was able to respond immediately and got us in. The only challenge was needing to complete another paperwork to submit for the condo and printing out the parking number. Other than that, the place was perfect. Clean with several towels, appliances and utensils complete. Just no frying pan but we brought 1. We will definitely recommend the place if we have friends looking to visit the area.

My husband and I loved staying here for our honeymoon. Very close to lots of local attractions like Jon’s pass and Indian rocks beach. For the fishing lovers, the location of being right on the intercostal was great for night fishing and there’s some nearby parks that having fishing piers as well. Really enjoyed the pool on site as well

Nice apartment, close to amenities. Didnt use any of the facilities at the resort so can’t comment. Host very responsive, would definitely stay again
