Monthly Rentals in Belle Chasse

Perfect studio. Modern decor and amazing artwork. Loved spending time in as much as spending time out. The thoughtfullness of the host is incredibly. From umbrellas right by the door to stain removers. Previous users had left the make up removers opened so they were dry. I hope all guests treat this space as it should be treated. I am very short but even for that the host had proactively added a step ladder for the higher selves. Water and the nola monopoly were an added plus. The AC and fan were noisy but that is me being irritated with minor noise at night. The location is good. I wish I could go back. Ricky has better amenities than most of the 5 star hotels and is checking but discreetly on your stay.

Justin was a great and super friendly host! He was very accommodating and would message us throughout our stay if we needed anything. Traveled with my wife and 3 kids (4yo, 2yo, and 6 month baby) and it was the perfect amount of space and very clean. Great location and would definitely stay again if I’m in town! A+++

There is a private driveway to a lovely one bedroom unit with large fenced in yard. Perfect if you have dogs (I have 3). Comfortable bed and cozy bedroom. Nice sitting area adjacent to kitchen area and kitchen table. Clean bathroom with fresh towels. Cozy place to stay (I stayed for a month). Close to the city. Minutes away from the WWII Museum. David and Mariah were great. Highly recommended

Nice, cozy studio. Day bed is probably 6' max - I'm not sure it would be as comfy for anyone 5'8 or taller? Nothing up the stairs except private storage. Shower's a bit interesting - 3 different settings but no good way to run the water in advance to get to temp without getting water everywhere. No hair dryer in the bathroom, fyi. Space heater was great during the cold snap. Need to press checkmark after the door code is entered on the electronic lock, but pretty self explanatory. About 10 minute walk from Walmart. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Was able to keep my luggage there as I wrapped up a walking tour, which I appreciated!
