just go ahead and book! breathtaking view of the sunrise over the lake with pretty much private access… there’s a nice little swing out there to watch. grill available, fire pit available. you’ve got everything you need! inside is super nice as well… the beds and couch are so comfy. jeff is super friendly and responds quickly. if you’re thinking about it, go ahead and book it!

The space was exactly as published. Super clean!!! We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and fresh flowers. The space was very well appointed with tissues in each room, plenty of towels, any cooking pan, spice or utensil needed, mirrors in bedrooms, reading material, games, bottled water, a guide book…the list goes on. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the door for morning coffee and evening wine. It was a very quiet space and beds were comfy! We hope to return soon!

This place was a perfect fit for our little getaway. Perfect size, very quiet, and relaxing. The sauna was an incredible addition. Sandy was responsive and provided fresh towels and robes for the sauna. She also gave us a code to lock our bikes up in her garage. The place was very close to trails, water (access to lake and kayaks are a huge plus), and nearby towns. Would absolutely stay here again.

Bruce was a great host! Beautiful space and location, and the hot tub had a nice view of the lake.

I absolutely loved this stay! The Hosts were so friendly, welcoming and helpful with suggestions to restaurants, shopping and knowledgeable about activities, like kayaking, hiking and the Crystal Bridges Museum. The apartment is very comfy and even more lovely than the images depicted. I took some beautiful pictures from the deck, for Bo to use, as his posting doesn’t do justice to the reality of this lovely, rustic, private home with separate entrance apartments attached. The water-front views on the deck are rejuvenating. The Host provided me an inter-tube so I could float and swim in the river! It’s a tiny, quiet town and only a 30 minute drive to Bentonville, AR. Will be back again! Highly recommend this gem!

From the moment that you stepped in until you left you felt like you had found a hidden gem. The house was better than described with views that did not stop. It was so easy to communicate with the host. We loved the location and will be back as soon as possible. Do yourself a favor and book this home now. It exceeded every expectation!

We had a great stay. We went for our wedding weekend and it was the perfect house to host us and our friends. There was plenty of space and loved the view of the lake. We would definitely recommend this house!

This was a wonderful place to stay! It felt like home, and we would/will definitely book this listing again in the future. Everything was as described. Being able to look out onto the water from the living room if it was too chilly to sit on the screened porch, was so nice! There's a second living area that flows from the main living area, which would be ideal for family members wanting to do different things. The home was very spacious and had everything we needed. Staci was an exceptional host from the time of booking to checkout! Can't say enough good things about this place.

This place is a slice of heaven! Beautiful and private, we had a great time doing a whole lot of nothing! But it is close to lots of stuff if that is more your style. We took advantage of all the outdoor and indoor spaces and lived the hot tub! Thanks for the great stay!

Omg! Adam made our stay 1000x even better! He took us out on his boat! Then he helped me and the kids fish all afternoon! He hooked up the sound system and the lights! Then he offered to help clean and fry the fish! We were already enjoying our stay in his beautiful lake home but this went above and beyond! We just wish we had come when it was warmer so we could make use of the amazing diving boards on the dock! This was the best experience for us city dwellers!

It was so easy to walk up, use code and get in. Very clean and spacious! The backyard was a paradise! We came in town for my son’s destination wedding and had such a great time! Location was perfect for chapel and venue for reception!

Wonderful location! Lake and tree views everywhere in this beautiful home. Spacious, stocked, and ample bedrooms and beds to accommodate our large group. Wish it wasn’t so rainy so we could be outdoors more, but cannot beat the views. Easy drive into town. Highly recommend!
