Great place and even thought we didn’t need to check in early or have a late checkout I felt like we would’ve been accommodated if needed. Great quiet place

If you are thinking about staying at the Jonathan house, don’t hesitate just go ahead and book it. The place is exactly as it is in the pictures. The furnitures, kitchen and bathrooms are all in great condition and everything was immaculate. Truly a home away from home experience.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Polly went above and beyond as a host. She answered all my questions and was super sweet and helpful. The beds in this house were among the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered in an air bnb. Soft sheets, great pillows. The house was clean and well located for our visit in Rogers. The fenced backyard, was perfect for our dogs. Would stay here again!

Location location…perfect access to Bentonville by foot, bike, or short drive. Peaceful, well equipped, and roomy atmosphere make this house a great place to stay. Beds are incredibly comfortable and with black out shades we were able to sleep like babies. Plus the added storage of the garage for the bikes or car is a bonus. Big backyard for the pups to run and play too.

Great place to stay with a large family, house was clean and cozy… boat launch was one minute away, we had a wonderful time here.

Noel’s home was perfect for a weekend in Bentonville. The home was spacious and cozy, exceeding our expectations. We were able to take lots of advantage of the walking distance to the square, and check in and out were easy peasy!

Great newer property with great host. Usable garage, Big TVs and 2 1/2 baths that were very clean were among the many positives. The flexibility to allow a well behaved dog was also a big plus.

We were visiting Bentonville for the first time and loved the location, garage space (for bikes), bike wash, pool, and hot tub. There was plenty of space for our two families (8 ppl) to sleep and make meals. We appreciated pool towels and coffee/espresso.

The house was very clean, the location was super convenient. Communication was outstanding, highly recommended!

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Bella Vista, and it exceeded all my expectations. The home is beautifully maintained and situated in a serene, picturesque neighborhood. It’s the perfect escape if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. The interior was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby trails, lakes, and all the charm Bella Vista has to offer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking

Great cozy house, perfect for our trip! Close to lots of great things but able to spend lots of time at the house as well.

My best friend and I stayed here for our frien-iversary. When we saw the photos and looked at everything Chris was offering, I realized I didn't care if it was over my budget. Of course, i started to doubt myself and wonder if the pictures just looked better and felt anxious. All of that was immediately swept away after stepping foot inside. It feels like home but in a more upgraded, fancy way. Lots of little thoughtful touches and extras were there. We specifically wanted to use the hot tub, unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we ended up using the bathtub upstairs in our swimsuits and still got the same type of relaxing experience of both of us comfortably fitting inside and talking right before bed. In the downstairs bathroom, the vanity area was so fun to get ready in front of together. The dressing room had perfect lighting for pictures. Any time we needed something, and couldn't find it, the host would quickly being it by. Just really blown away. Amazing remodel.

Great place to stay close to anything you would want. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds and baths were very nice . I would recommend highly .

This place was a perfect fit for our little getaway. Perfect size, very quiet, and relaxing. The sauna was an incredible addition. Sandy was responsive and provided fresh towels and robes for the sauna. She also gave us a code to lock our bikes up in her garage. The place was very close to trails, water (access to lake and kayaks are a huge plus), and nearby towns. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, very clean and updated with a big yard for our dogs to enjoy. Loved how close it was to everything and still felt very private. Saw deer in the morning. The only thing that was missing was an iron and ironing board, but they did have a steamer so we made it work :)

The caboose was perfect!! Very authentic while also being cute and cozy!! The location was rural but still close to town. Host was responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend!

Last minute Spring Break get away- with our 3 elementary aged boys & dogs. Anything we would've thought to bring or need once we got there, Jon provided. The beds were SO comfortable, I thoroughly appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dogs (even had dog beds & toys). Our kids got to be wild little boys in the tree line and hammocks while we enjoyed the fire pit. Everyone felt at home. We got food door dashed easily and the screened in porch was truly UNMATCHED. I woke up early for quiet bible time & sunrise while the family slept in, and it was perfect. Exactly what we needed at a more than affordable price. So thankful.

Great stay at a reasonable price. Bella Vista is right next to Bentonville but a little more quiet. So much to do in the area. Hosts were very responsive. For the price point, we have no complaints! We’d love to stay again.

We loved this place so much! It's beautifully furnished and you clearly thought of every little detail. We especially were grateful for the well appointed kitchen- we were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving meal!! The fire pit was fun with the grandkids and the view from the deck is wonderful. Thank you!!

Perfect for our girls trip. Plenty of space for all of us!…was so peaceful. We enjoyed the screen porch and hot tub, and we felt so safe in this neighborhood! It checked the box for our major priorities. Watching the deer and other wildlife added another level of relaxation to our evenings. Terry and Heather were so responsive, and it was nice that they were across the street in case we should need anything. Still too cool to want to use the pool, but if we can come back during summer months we definitely will enjoy that as well. We all agreed we would stay here again.
