We stayed at Jasmina's place for a week with our 6/7-person team for an offsite, and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy while also being able to work together. The option to have breakfasts and BBQs prepared for an additional fee was a nice touch. One thing to note is that there’s no kitchen available for cooking, but this was clearly communicated upfront, so it wasn't a surprise. Overall, a fantastic place for a team retreat or group stay!

Hello, I am happy with both the landlord and the room - Vlada responded to any inquiries about the accommodation, the bedrooms had comfortable beds and all the spaces were clean. I recommend for large friend groups of over 10 people and came for tours.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Convenient place, clean and beautiful house.

I had everything I could need or want - highlights being: close to public transportation, very comfortable bed, good lighting (I read in my spare time), nice new fixtures (never used an induction anything, this hot plate was super fast!), all my questions answered quickly. My stay was only 3 days but I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location,very quiet but close to city center.Idea supermarket near by,2 min by walk.Yard is very nice,perfect for the morning coffe. Well recommended place.

Natasha is so friendly and responsible, has a good communication and she is very helpful. The bed is comfortable, besides the pillows are not so comfy, we did sleep very well. The only thing I would change are few things in the bathroom, like something to hold the shower, so it would be easier to wash the hair. Also the bathtub was clogged, but it was few points that didn't bother us. We had a nice stay and I strongly recommend Natasha Place. Thank you for hosting us.

Great place and location. I repeat - the location is incredibly convenient, there are exits to various transport systems from where you can easily get to any point you need. Everything was clean at home, there were all the necessary things, the owner kindly answered all our questions. It was a little chilly when we first moved in, but this was quickly resolved with the help of a thermostat, after that the apartment became warm. We are very glad that we chose this apartment

Highly recommended ! Good location, supermarket with 24/7 opening time, good (since January 2025 free) bus connection to downtown and all of Belgrade, parking (with a little luck) right in front of the house, large apartment with good facilities, fast internet, quiet neighborhood.

Milos was a wonderful host. Very open and friendly. Great communication, he was happy to answer all our questions. He recommended a ton of fantastic restaurants with delicious food. The apartment is located in a brilliant location, in the very center of Belgrade. Most attractions can be visited on foot. Everything between St. Sava Church and Kalemegdan Fortress is within walking distance. Plus restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is on the fifth floor of a building on a large street (there is an elevator:)), thanks to which it is easy to get to by car, and the view from the windows to the modern building of the city is very pleasant. We had a living room with a dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Despite the winter stay, the apartment was warm. Milos personally gave us the keys. We felt comfortable. Parking is available in the parking zone on the street and in the nearby garage. It's quite convenient options for downtown, prices approx.

This is a private, quiet apartment, furnished and organized perfectly for a short or a long term rental. Daniel lives in the building, so he is very responsive and flexible. Great communication, and the apartment is spotless!

This was a last-minute urgent stay in Belgrade and Aleksandra was so very kind to quickly respond to the booking and have everything arranged for my arrival. The apartment is as described. The area has a lot to offer and most restaurants, coffee shops, markets, etc are within walking distance, including a mall, across the street. The Internet connection was great so I could have some work done as well. I hope to come and visit again and stay at Aleksandra`s place longer.

Our vacation in Laura’s apartment was life-changing. First of all, they are literally the kindest people we have ever met in our lives, they treated us like we are their family. We felt like we were at home. They were so kind and helpful. Laura and her family are excellent hosts. The communication was amazing. The best family ever! And the apartment was MAGNIFICENT !. We fell in love with it. Location was perfect, in a romantic street with the balcony. Amazing building. Beautiful and clean home, amazing bathroom, there is no better place to stay in Belgrade. This is the best. The home was so sweet and warm. I will miss this place so much like I miss my home. And I will definitely come back. I would just come back just to stay in this home that’s all I’m saying! Please please please do not have any doubts. Just check in just come here and experience this amazing apartments and this amazing family. They help us early Check in and Check out. I love you Laura’s family thank you for all❤️

We had a wonderful 6-night stay! The apartment was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need—from towels to toilet paper and more, everything was thoughtfully provided. The location was also great—central, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood and its surroundings. Thank you so much, Joanna, for being such a kind and helpful host!

The apartment is located right in the city center, yet it’s very quiet due to its inner courtyard position. We slept like babies! :) It’s very clean and has everything you need.

Danilo was proactive and reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. He was flexible with our check-in as our flight landed in the early afternoon. My only feedback would be to alert about the switch for the water heater. We were used to this feature while living in Japan but did not think to look for it here. At night we turned off all the switches due to instinct and didn’t realize the water heater was one of them and it takes a while to heat up.

Milovan’s apartment is clean, elegant, and equipped with all that you will need during your stay. Nice quiet location that is well lit with natural light streaming in through the large windows and with a grocery/convenience store just around the block. Milovan is an excellent friendly host who will make you feel at home, and is super helpful with all the information you need and is very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very happy with this choice. Great place if you need 2 separate bedrooms. Great location as well as all city transportation is easily accessible. Grocerie store and restaurants in close vicinity. Aleksandar was a great host and the flat couldn’t have been better. It’s right in the city centre, exactly where the bus drops you off from the airport. The city view from the apartment is beautiful, with great vibes. I’d definitely love to stay here again! A++
