I booked this space for business group with the intention for the group of residents to use the space as a co-working and presentation location. The location of the venue was very good and Milan was responsive. There was some initial misunderstanding that this venue is actually a hotel and not a private house. It is listed as a hotel on the initial search but the listing does not reiterate. If you would like a space all to your self this is not the choice for you unless you buy out all 12 rooms. Overall, the space ended up working out for our needs because it was for business and the hotel had amenities like personal keys for the rooms, private en suites, and hotel staff. It was very clean and Milan was accommodating. I would recommend this to a single person or small group of people seeking a boutique hotel experience.

I had an AMAZING stay! Jovana, Tamara and Ceca were so hospitable and kind, very friendly and helpful, really made me feel like at home. The hostel looks better in person than in pictures, it’s is well kept, clean and quiet. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a home made meal, and it’s well stocked with spices and staples like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and my favorite: začin C! :) (here is where I discovered my new favorite breakfast: sunny side up with začin C). Other guests were really respectful, and overall the stay was comfortable, clean, I felt like at home staying here. This is one of the classiest hostels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ll definitely be coming back here every time I need to come to Belgrade, because the location is perfect! All the important things are walking distance, or only a few stops by public transport which there’s also plenty of right here. The Tašmajdan Park is across the street and a great place to hang out. Stellar 5 starts!!! <3

Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Belgrade! Nenad was really an amazing host, so friendly and helpful. He drove us to the restaurant and helped us fix our car. 🥹🙏🏽❤️ such a valuable! Belgrade center was only a 10-15 min drive away. There is buses nearby or taxi for approx 10€. Apartment was clean and comfy.

The apartments are conveniently located close to the main points of interest in Belgrade, in an area with lots of options when it comes to food and drinks. The rooms were clean and the ladies at the reception were very helpful. Definitely recommended!
