House vacation rentals in Beeston

We had a large group stay for 2 nights, and found that the communal spaces worked really well. We appreciated having enough space for people to sit and eat together, with a separate lounge area that was similarly big enough for everyone to comfortably gather. The beds were comfortable, and the flexibility of the layout was appreciated. We had a nice meal out that was only 10mins drive away, and enjoyed the nice walks in the area. Communication from the host was responsive. There is only one small parking space at the property but there was plenty of on-street parking within close proximity.

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was really helpful, gave us some recommendations of local places to eat. The house had all the amenities you could need to make your stay a real home away from home. It was spotlessly clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

This fabulous house gave us everything we needed for our short stay with a large family group. Everyone had their own space but there was plenty of space to come together too. The large lounge provided a wonderful relaxing spot with the gorgeous fire and the huge dining area was perfect for eating and playing games. With such a large group and with us coming together from all over the country, the proximity to the train station was perfect.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay and had everything that we needed. We used all three bedrooms but the one with a double bed is very small and you can only get out of the bed on one side. We ended up swapping around a bit for our second night. Our hosts, Marlena and her husband were brilliant and really quick to respond when we had a problem with the bedroom door and the tv. I would recommend this house to anyone needing to stay in Nottingham (and the shower was really good).

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean, cosy, and exactly what we needed. There was a little issue with the lights, but Paul was quick to sort it and stayed in touch throughout. Check in was really straightforward and having parking was a bonus. Aldi being just around the corner was super handy! We felt right at home and left the place just as lovely as we found it. Paul also gave us a bit of extra time to check out, which made a big difference with the kids. Would happily stay again thank you, Paul!

We booked this stay for 5 adults and a 2.5 year old for family members bday. The place is stunning and the hot tub is an added bonus. Lounge area is brilliant and comfy. Dining table area great. Kitchen was really well equipped. Bedrooms spotless and beds very comfy! Main bedroom had bifold doors with amazing views. Local area great we went to Calke abbey and the local pubs. Went to Alton towers final day and only 50 min drive. Coffee and tea station on arrival was a lovely touch. Outside sofa area comfy and stylish. I would say that the outside seating area needs more chairs / a little coffee table as there isn’t anywhere to put drinks or enough room for all 5 adults to sit. Also maybe some plastic garden cups would be good. Also to note that there is a big drop at end of garden to a stream - whilst toddler loved seeing resident ducks it was a watch 24/7 situation. Travel cot provided but not suitable for over 2 as too small. Overall loved the stay ! Would def go back.

Everything as described in the add and very helpful when requested late check out. Would 100% stay again would of booked the week after if was available but unfortunately was fully booked

Great house for a group of friends, lots of space and almost everyone had their own bathroom. Hosts very responsive and helpful!

It was a wonderful place to rent for the weekend love the place especially the down stairs spacious and we had all we needed to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Shops are within walking distance over all it was excellent and would use again

The house was just the right place for a family weekend. Everything was clean and well organised. There's a lovely little park a minute away for younger children and shops were conveniently close. Our host was helpful and the living and dining areas were comfortable and cosy. There's plenty of space for everyone - would definitely recommend.

Allan went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was the perfect place for our family to stay to visit our son studying in Nottingham. It was comfortable, spacious and the kitchen was properly equipped. We would highly recommend it.
