New Lovely cottage in rural Leicestershire hot tub

SarahRating, 5 stars6 days ago
What a lovely few days at Rose Cottage with our family. Rodalyn was the perfect host, friendly, helpful and accommodating. On arrival we were welcomed with a thoughtful hamper of treats which the kids loved, the private “garden” is HUGE & was great for the children and our dog to explore, we loved the hot tub, outdoor speakers & lights. The full bookshelf and games in the Cottage were great to keep the kids entertained in the evening too. Also, thanks Rodalyn for the walk recommendation which we all enjoyed. Hope to be back again soon.

In the ❤️ of Sherwood Forest, cosy cottage for 12

KatRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Cannot recommend this property enough! A group of 10 of us stayed here for a birthday weekend. In the middle of the forest so very private and peaceful. Plenty of room for all of us and the wood fired hot tub was amazing. Ben (co host) was always very responsive to my messages and helped us get the hot tub started, amazing host! Would 100% stay here again! Cannot rate it highly enough

The Old Butchers Cottage - Hot tub & Pet Friendly

JeremyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Old Butcher's Cottage was a great place to stay and I would thoroughly recommend it. My twenty-something children loved the hot tub. My partner and I loved walking down into Matlock and finding a coffee shop. The Peak District is a beautiful part of the country and we thoroughly recommend exploring some of its history as well with visits to Eyam, and Cromford Mills. We were fortunate with the weather, given that we visited in the first half of March, though look forward to returning to the Peak District at a warmer time of the year when more of the attractions are open. Stephen had put together a very helpful booklet with easy to follow instructions as well as helpful suggestions for places to visit locally and further afield.

Jacks Cottage with hot tub & Alpaca Walking

TonyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a fantastic short break in Peak District and Jack's cottage was the perfect place to stay. Very quiet, peaceful spot in the lovely village of Brassington, but central if you're looking to visit Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and had everything you need - including robes for when you get out of the hot tub! We didn't find parking an issue at all, with plenty of street parking just up the hill towards the Miners Arms pub. Speaking of pubs, the Miners Arms (which is the closest pub to the cottage) appeared to have closed down, but we'd highly recommend The Old Gate Inn which is a little further (3-less than 5 min walk), but has large garden, good ales and great food. Natalie and her husband are friendly, quick to respond to any queries and offered advice on local walks and places to go. Would love to stay at Jack's cottage again, perhaps in the winter with the log burner going!

Thistledown Cottage, Snitterton near Matlock

JennyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
What an incredible place! We fell in love with it. We were given excellent instructions prior to arrival and the owners came to say hi with the horses which my children loved. They also made friends wirh the two dogs and cat. The cottage has everything you could need, was really warm and cosy and had a lovely modern kitchen. The location is perfect, peaceful with no noise but close to Matlock. The lambs in the field next door were gorgeous! We will definitely be back, honestly couldnt fault it xxx

Beautiful rural Peak District farm cottage

BarbaraRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a lovely stay. The farmhouse is in a beautiful dry valley, with interesting archaeology and walks from the door. The location is convenient for visiting many of the peak district hotspots, but feels secluded and peaceful. Ruth is a lovely host, very welcoming.

Bakers Yard Cottage, Bonsall, Peak District

We have stayed at this property twice now and it’s a firm favourite with the whole family. Lovely place, great location, and comfortably handles 8 people and a dog! Good pub practically on the doorstep, loads of good walks straight out the front door, and lovely Cromford with the stellar Scarthin Books an easy walk or drive away. It’s an all-round win.

3-bedroom character cottage in the Peak District

RachelRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Great break at the cottage - very clean and much bigger than it appears in the photos. We are a family of five and we had ample room. Geoff was great at communicating and it was very easy to find and access the property. Location is close to Sainsbury’s by car and Matlock was a lovely close by location to get food and explore. Good spot for visiting Chatsworth and Alton Towers. Would stay again

Jewel Cottage, cosy 2 bedroom holiday cottage

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Jo’s place was perfect for our three day stay in Matlock! Restaurants and pubs were in easy walking distance and the town itself was a great starting point for day trips. The house was great for my wife and I. Bathroom worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable (I’m tall so that’s a big deal for me). We made dinner in the Kitchen and ate in the small back garden. Lovely! Jo was quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend!
