Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Bedfordshire

We had a lovely stay at Nectar😊Phoebe was lovely & showed us how to use the hot tub & the fire! They had left us some food bits too. The place was fantastic and had a lovely homely vibe to it. We had enough privacy with a lovely view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back in the future! xx

Had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect to stay in whilst attending a family wedding close by. Ideal location with Ely in walking distance and everything you could need, The house was really spacious and comfortable for 4 adults to stay in, it was also really homely and loved the decor! My family and I had a brilliant two weeks stay at Gareth and Adam's house in Hitchin. Gareth and Adam were both brilliant hosts who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond our expectations, which made the experience feel more like a five star hotel than an AirBnb. The house is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed spending the summer evenings in the garden. Highly recommend.

We had an overnight stay at Fiona’s lovely home. Her house was well appointed and very comfortable. Had all amenities and great kitchen for us to share a meal with our group. Definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed our brief stay in this lovely, tranquil annex. Great accommodation and facilities. It was a shame the front door was not working so entry/exit was via bedroom. Also, shower would have benefitted from descaling to avoid water spraying around wet room. These were just minor niggles. Overall, a great place to stay and we would return.

After a long drive on a cold evening, it was lovely to find the heating already on and a warm environment awaiting us. Everything we needed was easy to find with clear instructions around the house. After seeing others had an extra inflatable bed put up for them we did request for an extra separate bed for the 4th person before arrival but it wasn’t there. Thankfully the sofa is incredibly comfy and we were there for one night so it wasn’t an issue at all. Location was perfect for us due to visiting family and our dog was very settled too. Due to needing to visit more regularly in the near future, we plan on hopefully renting this same place again. Thank you for being such a great host Matthew!

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

This is such a cosy, comfortable house. It's homely and a fantastic get away with a few surprises!! I loved the piano and guitar, and the rear garden space. Just a wonderful place and Abbie was responsive to my queries. A great find.

We had a lovely stay at falling leaf while we were moving house and needed somewhere to stay for a month. Beautiful location, very peaceful and Milan and family were great hosts.

The apartment has character, exactly as shown in the photos. The neighbourhood is residential, with houses next to each other. As the houses do not have garages, the street tends to be filled with cars, which can make parking a bit challenging. The cafés and restaurants nearby are excellent. I recommend following Liza's tips.

Paul was amazing from point of booking right up to when we left; very friendly, attentive and a great host! He greeted us upon arrival and offered to help with our bags, he was also available at any point - not that we needed any help as he provided everything we could possibly want! We had an amazing stay, the space was much bigger than we thought and it was decorated beautifully throughout to a very high standard. My partner enjoyed the huge TV, whilst I loved the large wardrobe with full size mirror which made getting ready very easy! Underfloor heating was a great luxury too! A lot of thought has been put into Paul's accomodation, with top quality amenities and so many little extras added. Complimentary croissants for breakfast and cupcakes which we enjoyed in the evening were a lovely touch! It meant we could enjoy our stay and not need for anything. We stayed to be close to a friend's wedding reception but won't hesitate to find a reason to stay again!

Frances and Ben are incredible hosts! Our stay truly felt like home, which meant so much to us during our time as nomads over the past few months. Their place is located in a stunning part of the Chilterns, making it a perfect hub for hiking or cycling adventures. The accommodation itself is lovely, cozy, and welcoming. Evelina was the perfect host. I’m so impressed - and it looked just like the pictures! Her place was charming, super clean and very well organised. She had lots of recommendations, was friendly and happy to help. It was the perfect stay in London and wish I could have stayed longer! I highly recommend Evelina and her place to all who want to be in a beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean space. I really found a gem in London & would definitely come back!!

Stephen and Lizzie were very helpful and kind hosts. The location is stunning and very peaceful. Beds extremely comfortable. Highlights included a fire outside in the garden area and a beautiful autumnal walk on local footpaths. I would come again to explore more of the Chilterns...

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the house. One of the highlights was the outdoor setup. The BBQ area was perfect for cooking up meals and enjoying them in the peaceful surroundings. The hot tub was a luxurious touch, and we appreciated being able to relax under the stars after a long day of activities. Inside, the host had thoughtfully stocked the place with plenty of board games, which kept us entertained during the evenings. It was such a nice way to unwind and spend quality time together. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped getaway spot. Absolutely loved the stay, beautifully laid out and tastefully decorated. Was a very warm and welcoming place to be, I would have no hesitation in recommending it to someone else and would very much like to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful family birthday weekend. Ali was extremely helpful and communicative. The cabin is comfortable, quiet and cosy. It had everything we needed. Had an amazing luxurious stay in the bee hive, extremely peaceful and private. The airbnb was beautiful and the photos do not do it justice, had an amazing shower aswell as everything you could need and the hot tub was a lovely additive. Nigel our host was the kindest man, lovely to chat to and made us feel very welcomed. Me and my partner will definitely be making another trip to stay in one of Nigel’s airbnbs.

What a perfect retreat in a really peaceful setting. I was in the area for a week to attend a course locally and I could not have found a better place to unwind in in the evenings, it was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything I needed on hand. Christine and Mark were super friendly and helpful, the perfect hosts. I would definitely book again.

Absolute hidden gem, set in beautiful countryside it’s the perfect place to escape the rat race. Victoria bent over backwards to make the stay absolutely amazing. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Daniel's place was great for our one night stay. We came with a baby and toddler and Daniel made sure the sofa bed was all set up and the cot was arranged for when we arrived. The place is spotless and the shower was great! It was perfect for our little stay.

Great Location on the river and a very pretty cabin. It was clean and easy to check into.
