Vacation rentals with a patio in Beccles

I promised Peter, at his asking, to give suggestions as to how to make a guest visit better. Well, I’ve come up with a blank. Everything was perfect, well thought through, generous, spotlessly clean.

A great home in beautiful surroundings. The property was lovely and cosy, a great log fire and hot tub. As a family of 3 we all enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable as was the home, the property was very clean and well looked after, it had all we needed for our stay. The hosts are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and always on hand should you need. We would definitely stay again, a bonus for us was it being dog friendly, our Guide Dog was made to feel very welcome and she enjoyed the on site dog exercise field too. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

We had a wonderful little break here. The chalet is so lovely and clean and a good size for our family of 4 & pooch. It’s well situated with the marina, broads and marshes no on the doorstep. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again.

I just finished my 5th working week staying in Carly’s flat and it was perfect for the duration of a local course. It felt safe, secure, it was always clean and tidy, Carly has been very responsive and helpful and I’d definitely stay again

Such a beautiful stay. Lovely surroundings. Alison & Alan were super friendly and helpful, they met us on arrival and saw us off when we left. The Garrett was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. There were lots of lovely goodies for us to enjoy! Thank you for having us.

The space was beautifully presented: clean and uncluttered. The locality is very peaceful and near to useful shops. We can't fault this property!

We had a fabulous new years stay at Julia’s place. The home is even better in real life than in photos. The kitchen / dining space was lovely and open plan which was great. The bathrooms were modern and clean. It was very cosy and the under floor heating worked wonders. All beds were comfy. Great location for Wells, Holt, blakeney and burnham market. All no more than 30 mins away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Our second stay at T&T’s beautiful home. Myself and my partner John could not fault the hosts in any way, the property is beautiful and even some added extras since our last stay and our suggestion listened to from before. Hosts were amazing when we had issues with heating and hot water and their handy man was very friendly and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Such generous and amazing hosts. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

Beautifully warm despite being only 2 degrees outside. Lovely quirky property but worth mentioning (as others have previously) that the characterful flooring might not be so suitable for young children or those less abled. The decor made the house feel very homely. Very responsive to messages. Would definitely come back.

Perfect birthday seaside retreat. House in stunning location overlooking the sea with everything you could possibly need. Clean and tidy, you were made to feel welcome from the moment you stepped through the doors. The welcome pack provided by Lousie was an added treat. Highly recommend. Just need to return in the summer now, to truly appreciate the outside space.

We had a lovely time at Lee’s house. It’s a beautiful cottage in a really nice location.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

We loved staying at Verity’s beautiful apartment by the river. Verity was lovely and kind. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the photos. We didn’t use the sauna but would like to come back in the summer and sit on the lovely veranda watching the river go by. We will use it then. We 100% recommend Verity’s apartment. Thank you Verity.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished with style. The location is great with amenities on the doorstep. It was perfect for us and our 2 young children.

The place was perfect for us. The hosts sent clear instructions and the parking is free and just behind the property. The location is central for Norwich city centre and everywhere was walkable. There was a small yard at the back that was perfect for our dog, who is like a toddler when we're away so he wakes early and wants the toilet. The property was very stylish and clean. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Our stay was wonderful, really helpful show around the property and so close to the centre of town, the property had everything we would need!

We booked the accommodation last minute and Nina was extremely helpful in organising the accommodation, so that we could have it for our requested dates. I lost the keys to the accommodation and Nina was incredibly helpful in trying to help me with a solution when I was getting very stressed. Luckily, I found the keys. Overall the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for, it was tidy and clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location and walking distance to the beach. We were also able to visit other local locations in the car. It was a fantastic stay and we will definitely visit again. The whole family loved it and Nina did everything to make our stay very welcoming.
