Vacation rentals with a patio in Beccles

I promised Peter, at his asking, to give suggestions as to how to make a guest visit better. Well, I’ve come up with a blank. Everything was perfect, well thought through, generous, spotlessly clean.

Just got back from a lovely stay over New Year. We loved how they’d put some Christmas decorations inside and the accommodation was lovely with everything we needed. There were even a few treats on arrival which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

Was very helpful with helping finding the local attractions and was open to help if we needed anything extra.

Modern chalet with everything we needed. So many little touches that we weren't expecting, a very nice welcome pack, lots of tea and coffee, salt and pepper loo rolls, etc. It was cold and wet for most of the time we were there but the chalet was warm and cosy. Big enclosed decking area for our dogs. Will be looking to book again.

This place was perfect for mine & my partner’s time away, very modern and easy to find. The location was perfect and had beautiful surroundings the pub next door very friendly. The parking was a tight squeeze to get down to and the shower was quite small but apart from that I couldn’t fault anything else, thank you for accommodating us we would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful stay. Lovely surroundings. Alison & Alan were super friendly and helpful, they met us on arrival and saw us off when we left. The Garrett was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. There were lots of lovely goodies for us to enjoy! Thank you for having us.

Spotlessly clean and with all mod cons. Comfortable sofa and well sized dining area with very functional kitchen and excellent appliances. Warm, good sized smart TV and wi fi too. Great to have off road parking. Good base for our overnight stay, very quiet area but close to pub/takeaways. All looked very clean and new.

Property is a mixture of architectural and decorative styles with an interesting, quirky character. Good heating and overall facilities with well-equipped kitchen. Only downside with the kitchen was that the oven hadn’t been completely cleaned of grease after previous residents. There are two en-suite bathrooms but no downstairs toilet, so the 3rd bedroom guest will have to use one of the en-suites. Towels and bedding were clean and comfortable. Christmas trees were a nice, seasonal touch. There is a general stores and good cafe just 20m away and an excellent pub/restaurant around the corner. Parking is on-street but not difficult to find a space nearby. There are good walks around the minor roads, farmland and village common nearby. The castle can be accessed with a key obtainable from the stores. We enjoyed our stay.

Lou could not have been more helpful in terms of making this booking happen. There was a hiccup, but she managed it clearly and promptly, and it was all sorted well in advance. She's a great communicator, and the house itself is a gem. We basically spent a week staring at the sea in awe, walking down to it, bobbing up and down in it, sitting at the bottom of the garden watching it, eating dinner looking at it, and hearing it lull us to sleep at night. If you like a sea view this is one of the best places for it I've ever been. We did eat out, once, but otherwise made every other meal at the house because the kitchen is well-equipped for large-scale cooking. My wife said it was one of her top ten holidays ever, and I can only endorse that. We had a blast.

Lee was an excellent host - everything was just right although should mention that some ceilings doorways are low so if a tall person (which we are) be careful.

Natalie was brilliant for my weekend, very helpful. Lots of tips and local information.

Our hosts where very lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. It was just right has we where going to the near by race track for the weekend.Our hosts also helped with sorting things out for my disabled daughter.

Second stay in this well situated house. Useful to have private parking right outside the front door. Lovely comfortable beds.

Gemma was a responsive and excellent host as always and I'm looking forward to my next visit, the flat was lovely.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished with style. The location is great with amenities on the doorstep. It was perfect for us and our 2 young children.

Bright and fresh but whimsical aesthetic. Clean and tidy, plenty of space and surface space. Hosts sent detailed information about check in information before we needed it. Very responsive to messaging. Everything we needed was easily accessible. Cleaning supplies so we could tidy up any spillages. Dog bowls provided. Extremely welcoming with nice touches. Would happily visit again.

Our stay was wonderful, really helpful show around the property and so close to the centre of town, the property had everything we would need!

We booked the accommodation last minute and Nina was extremely helpful in organising the accommodation, so that we could have it for our requested dates. I lost the keys to the accommodation and Nina was incredibly helpful in trying to help me with a solution when I was getting very stressed. Luckily, I found the keys. Overall the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for, it was tidy and clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location and walking distance to the beach. We were also able to visit other local locations in the car. It was a fantastic stay and we will definitely visit again. The whole family loved it and Nina did everything to make our stay very welcoming.

Great little place to stay while visiting friends. Very clean and tidy with lots of added extras like tea, coffee, milk, granola and crumpets. There was also a cheeky beer and prosecco which we didn't drink due to being out with friends. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and cleaning products. Towels were lovely and fluffy. The bed was really comfortable and smelt lovely and clean. It definitely felt like home from home and we will be staying again. Thank you so much John and Nikki for our stay in this perfect little haven.
