A really great place to stay with an unprecedented value: - Easy check-in, very friendly welcome on site - The apartment: Very clean, kitchen equipment: kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge-freezer combination: Everything you need - perfect! - bed linen, towels were provided - Wi-Fi and TV reception GREAT! - 1A location: 10 min. to the old town, 15 min. to the main train station, courtyard garden, opera house and many - attractions within walking distance - Great Franconian brewery, the Manns Bräu, right around the corner: delicious beer and delicious food, very friendly service. All in all a wonderful stay. We will be happy to come back!

Great place for our short trip to Bayreuth. The loft is very easy and convenient to reach by both car and train. The location is perfect for exploring and getting to know the city center on foot. Many opportunities to discover and test the culinary highlights. And we liked the loft very much from the beginning, it has everything you need for a successful stay. We can definitely recommend it.

We felt very comfortable at Fabian's place! We traveled as a small family (mom + baby) and can definitely recommend the apartment in good conscience. You can walk to downtown very quickly and the bus also runs almost right outside the front door in both directions. It is very quiet and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Also, it was correspondingly clean and Fabian accommodated us in some respects. Thanks for a great stay in Bayreuth!
