Excellent location / new complex / walking distance -4 minutes to downtown PC …safe location ….Host Fausto was excellent, he was one of the most professional host I have communicated with …he took care of matters instantly …check in/out was wonderful -used a lock box …Thanks Fausto you made my trip alot better …I wish all host was like Fausto .

¡Spectacular! Super, super recommended. We found more than we expected, the apto has all the comforts to feel at home, it is also equipped with everything: towels, paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, hairdryer and everything else in the kitchen to be comfortable. The supermarkets are very close, one is the Olé and the other is the Zaglul, you can even walk or the Uber costs only 150 pesos. From Colombia 🇨🇴 we are grateful to the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 and our host Cliford, who was always attentive to us when we needed it. If you find this apt available, do not hesitate to take it, ah, and if you want plan pool, Serena Village has like 8 pools at your disposal😎🌞.

Bryan was an amazing host ! He was attentive , always communicating , was extremely helpful, and everything was exactly as described. I love Serena village , the location and the community is safe/friendly/welcoming. My friends visited for a week as well, and their first time off resort in punta cana and they loved the apartment. I’ll be staying at Bryan’s apartment again in the future ! 100 percent recommend it.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was incredibly welcoming and communicative throughout my stay. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials The location was perfect—close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The location was close to the beach and close to nice inexpensive restaurants. The unit was clean, the shower and AC worked fine. No complaints.

The property was beautiful and very quiet, making it a great place to stay. However, the location listed isn’t fully accurate, as it kept directing us to a nearby school instead of the actual property. Once we figured that out, everything else was perfect!

He can find you everything you need, he just cool y’all

This is an excellent place with spread out rooms and bathrooms as well as an incredible professional manager. Natalia is amazing and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about any queries we had. The home is walking distance to Punta Cana village which has many restaurants and stores ( we loved mama luisa and taverna Pepe). It’s a 5 min drive to the blue mall which has an excellent grocery store as well as many shops and restaurants. The home has a lovely pool and beautiful surroundings. I would book this spot again in a heartbeat and Natalia looked after all our needs.

This space was exactly what we imagined it to be. Everything was clean and organized and we felt safe in the area. It is a bit further from the beaches but Ubers are very affordable. It is also close to a supermarket which is convenient. Overall lovely stay.

As always, we loved our stay at Nancy's place. It's so convenient, it's clean, it's quiet, and there's plenty of space. This is our first choice every time we go back to visit Cocotal. And, Nancy is very good at communicating with us each time. Once we arrive, Johnny and Rita are waiting for us and if we need anything at all during our stay, or have a question, they are always available. We highly recommend this property!

This property was absolutely amazing, l spent 6 days here and enjoyed every one of them. Jasmin was a charm from the moment l booked the airbnb, got to the location and while l was there. She responded back as quick as she could to handle anything l asked her about. Definitely book this location if you’re looking for a peaceful place with vacation vibes. I will definitely be returning soon.

We enjoyed our stay here. The Airbnb was spacious. We liked having beyond the basic cooking utensils, two bathrooms, a nice balcony, and plenty of beach towels. The residents/guests at Palm Suites were quiet, and the security guard brought us water when we needed more.

This is a great apartment less than a minute walk from the beach. The apartment is appointed with everything one would need on vacation. The lower terrace is very pleasant and has shade during the hot hours of the day. The upper terrace is really large and very pleasant, overlooking the ocean. It also has a jacuzzi. The property also has a couple of pools shared with other apartments in the building. There is a MiniMart right across the street as well as a couple of restaurants. The host is very responsive, helpful, and unintrusive. All around great value.

Host met us at property to give us keys and instructions. Condo looked exactly like the picture, gated community with 24/7 security, great location 5-20 minutes to anywhere you want to be. Privacy on rooftop is extremely peaceful and nice space for an evening at home. Make sure to get up early at least once and watch the sunrise from the roof. We will be back.

I had a fabulous, relaxing time at Cana Rock Star! My host, Joaquin was great. He was very welcoming, attentive, and informative from the day I booked, until the last night. Joaquin answered any questions I had or concerns immediately. Located at the Hard Rock Resort property, this place was beautiful, quiet, and most of all, safe. I will be returning soon for some R&R. Our contact with Indhira & Valentin from the very beginning was helpful and prompt whenever we contacted them. They provided a name of a driver who was also very helpful and always on time. The condo was immaculate and well appointed. We were met as we arrived . And throughout our stay they were attentive to any need we had within minutes. We would not hesitate to book with these hosts again. If they saw us on the grounds, beach or out at a restaurant they acknowledge us and ask if all was well. We have used Airbnb many times in the past and Indhira and Valentin were two of the best hosts we have come across. Thank you.

It's the 3rd time we stayed here, in less than 1 month, and we honestly came back for the excellent treatment, the comforts of the apartment and because Celenia, she is an excellent host. More than happy and we will definitely be staying here again. Recommended 100%.
