¡Spectacular! Super, super recommended. We found more than we expected, the apto has all the comforts to feel at home, it is also equipped with everything: towels, paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, iron, hairdryer and everything else in the kitchen to be comfortable. The supermarkets are very close, one is the Olé and the other is the Zaglul, you can even walk or the Uber costs only 150 pesos. From Colombia 🇨🇴 we are grateful to the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 and our host Cliford, who was always attentive to us when we needed it. If you find this apt available, do not hesitate to take it, ah, and if you want plan pool, Serena Village has like 8 pools at your disposal😎🌞.

Nikolas was kind enough to welcome us in the lobby and ensure that we felt at home. I messaged him a few times with questions and he was extremely helpful. The property is amazingly beautiful and peaceful. There are some restaurants close however we did find that the food market in the marina did not appear to be open when we tried to get groceries (not sure if it is seasonal). Overall amazing trip and we enjoyed going to Juanillo beach for some drinks/food. Great host and great property, highly recommended.

The location was close to the beach and close to nice inexpensive restaurants. The unit was clean, the shower and AC worked fine. No complaints.

This is an excellent place with spread out rooms and bathrooms as well as an incredible professional manager. Natalia is amazing and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about any queries we had. The home is walking distance to Punta Cana village which has many restaurants and stores ( we loved mama luisa and taverna Pepe). It’s a 5 min drive to the blue mall which has an excellent grocery store as well as many shops and restaurants. The home has a lovely pool and beautiful surroundings. I would book this spot again in a heartbeat and Natalia looked after all our needs.

This space was exactly what we imagined it to be. Everything was clean and organized and we felt safe in the area. It is a bit further from the beaches but Ubers are very affordable. It is also close to a supermarket which is convenient. Overall lovely stay.

As always, we loved our stay at Nancy's place. It's so convenient, it's clean, it's quiet, and there's plenty of space. This is our first choice every time we go back to visit Cocotal. And, Nancy is very good at communicating with us each time. Once we arrive, Johnny and Rita are waiting for us and if we need anything at all during our stay, or have a question, they are always available. We highly recommend this property!

This property was absolutely amazing, l spent 6 days here and enjoyed every one of them. Jasmin was a charm from the moment l booked the airbnb, got to the location and while l was there. She responded back as quick as she could to handle anything l asked her about. Definitely book this location if you’re looking for a peaceful place with vacation vibes. I will definitely be returning soon.

I love this place. It is my second time staying here and I would come back. It is walkable to la marina, the supermarket, the movie and all the restaurants. The host is very nice and friendly as well

We enjoyed our stay here. The Airbnb was spacious. We liked having beyond the basic cooking utensils, two bathrooms, a nice balcony, and plenty of beach towels. The residents/guests at Palm Suites were quiet, and the security guard brought us water when we needed more.

Excellent attention!!...the apartment is very nice, clean, super well equipped, which made us feel very comfortable. Modern appliances. The apartment is better than what you see in the photos: it is very spacious and comfortable. The attentions were thoughtful: attentive to everything and any concerns...the place is beautiful: with a very beautiful beach, where you can feed the fish and see them in cardumenes of all colors...it is an unforgettable place!
