Very conveniently located, very close to the beach and in an area where there is everything (supermarket, restaurants...)

Had a great stay! The location was perfect everything was super walkable, which made getting around really easy. The food nearby was so good. Some places were a little pricey, but honestly, everything we tried was worth it. The food out here definitely doesn’t miss. Would totally stay here again!

Great vacation spot! Right on a beautiful well managed beach. Great restaurants around the condo or just a short walk away. We got every details about our arrival, transportation and stay from Stu right after we booked. Liz is wonderful, she welcomed us at arrival and gave us plenty of recommendations. Her guide book is a must read. You'll find really valuable information about the surroundings. We met a lot of friendly and welcoming people whenever we went. We had a great time! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at this Airbnb with five adult adults and two kids. It was even closer to the beach than we imagined, and we were able to get great food at a place just a few steps away -- Rinconcito Dominicano. We used ResortPass to get a couple day passes at nearby resorts and went to monkeyland. At the end of the day, it was so nice to have a large space to relax and enjoy the sunset on the private rooftop pool. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the local host could not have been nicer. Perfect place for a large family getaway!

Our stay was very good. It's a quiet place with friendly neighbors in a family atmosphere. It is a very safe place with 24 hour surveillance at the main entrance and at the exit q to the beach. Elena was very kind in answering our doubts …. We were charged for electricity consumption at the end of our stay and it was 27$ something that seemed fair to us for 5 days /4 nights 5 people ...considering that we were only at nights and during the day we were out of the apt .

It's in a great area, Ioana is wonderful and helped me out so kindly. There's a lot of charm to this one! It was a perfect way to end the vacation, right next to the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful week stay! From the moment we booked, Andry and Fernando were very responsive and friendly. I appreciated the flexibility with checking in sooner especially traveling all day with little kids. The apartment is beautiful and truly feels like a home away from home. Everything you need to close by - markets, pharmacy, restaurants. We felt very safe and the security at this complex is fantastic. We have stayed at resorts in Punta Cana before, but both my husband and I agreed this was so much better. If you are looking for a more authentic experience, while also having the same comforts and luxuries I highly recommend booking through Andry & Fernando. We can’t wait to come back :)

Beautiful place! Pool, grill, bathroom, etc on rooftop patio! Nice patio connected to living room too! Wish we would have booked more days!

Great location clean and comfortable. It's as described. Only thing its located by the street so a little noisy sometimes but everything else perfect.

Excellent location and setting, property with great amenities and the spectacular area is very close to the beach with a pool inside the complex. I'll be back soon!

The Jacuzzi was excellent, especially when not all the condos have one.

Excellent place, it matches the photos and the co-host was always on the lookout, without requesting anything on my own initiative they took me a water bottle. It was accessible at my check-in time and that gave an additional plus.

We had an amazing time! The place is beautiful, great location, everything we needed and more was there! Olga was so so helpful with getting us ready to arrive, tips and help upon arrival and answering any questions we had along the trip. We had a group of 7 (including 3 young kids) and had lots of room and lots of fun. The roof top terrace was beautiful and we spent lots of time enjoying the views. Highly recommended and we would surely come back.

A comfortable place to spend family time, spacious and beautiful

Very friendly and welcoming host. He responded quickly to all my questions and assisted with my taxi to and from the airport. Very nice air bnb for the price and we felt safe the whole time. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is wonderful. Three pools and walking distance to the beach. it's an awesome looking complex and you're close to the grocery store and other things. Plenty of stuff to do and the host was incredible and very helpful.

One of the most beautifully done airbnbs I’ve lived at! Right off the bat, amazing location under 10 mins walk to the beach. Great restaurants in under 5 mins walk. Convenience stores just steps away from the building. Extremely clean home, very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous decor and a very thoughtful space inside out are all great bonuses. The picuzzi is such a sweet addition too! Building staff is very helpful too and we felt very safe even at night. Communication with our host was lovely and we barely ever had to wait for a response for anything we needed. Couldn’t recommend this gem anymore and of course, cannot wait to be back here again!

Overall great stay, nice pools and easy access to the beach. Right next to jellyfish restaurant which had good food. Easy to uber around without issue. Didn’t receive the apt number before check in which is needed to get into the complex, so there was minor difficulty without phone service. Owner was quick to communicate once we got service though. Not the coolest AC but great overhead fans made the apt comfortable.

Liset is absolutely amazing. Our stay was such an amazing experience. She is a great host and is very responsive. The apartment is very nice and looks exactly like the pictures on the listing. Even better, the apartment is within walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and stores.

Very nice apartment. Dresser. Well located. A beautiful large swimming pool and a good attached restaurant. Cliford was very proactive, helpful and available 24/7. The rooftop hot tub was much appreciated. I would highly recommend it.
