Apartment vacation rentals in Bavaro Beach

I booked this Airbnb last minute for a quick getaway with friends, and it was definitely worth it! The complex itself is beautiful, and the area, while still developing, seems like a great place to watch out for if you’re interested in investing. The location was perfect—within walking distance to entertainment spots, a mall, Jumbo supermarket, a gas station, KFC, and more. It was super convenient, and honestly, I’m glad I didn’t rent a car. Ubers were affordable and way easier for getting around. The host was responsive, and check-in was a breeze. Our experience was smooth from start to finish. A special shoutout to Gabriel, the security guard, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He gave us great recommendations and made us feel really welcome. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

From the beginning, Barbara was very helpful, and the staff at the condo were friendly as well. I stayed there with my parents, and my mom was able to cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. My dad loved the balcony too. Parking was convenient, and the area felt very safe. Additionally, there are mini-markets nearby. Good place to stay.

everything was great! they communicated clearly and were very responsive. one of the showers was a bit broken but when we mentioned it, they immediately arranged for someone to come fix it. the pool was great, the view was marvelous and we had everything we wanted for An amazing stay.

This was by far the best experience I have had booking through Airbnb or similar sites like it. Luz the representative host was amazingly kind and helpful. The check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. The advertisement is nothing but perfectly accurate and a perfect representation of what you get. And what you get is amazing. The location is perfect, markets, restaurants, and excursion meeting points all within short walking distance. Direct beach access, clean aesthetic pool area. Everyone involved with running this rental is amazing and friendly, I cannot recommend it highly enough, if and when I come back to the DR, I will be coming right back here! Todo Bien!

Easily accessible from 2 major roads Restaurants and supermarkets close by. Apartment was clean and felt at home. Wish I had more bath towels than just the 2 provided for 2 guests for 6 days Overall a great unit.

It was a great stay , the place is magical ( beach , pool nearby ), the apartment is fully equipped and above all very spacious , personally we loved having breakfast on the terrace . Chris was very attentive, he attended us until the departure . Thank you for your support .

These property managers and owners have a very good grasp on how to run an airbnb. Fast wifi, all the utensils you need to cook, nice touches like super nice beach chairs. the location was excellent. not too noisy but just a few steps from the fun part of bavaro and the beach.

I came on vacation with my two daughters and their two children . There were 7 of us in total ☺️ And I totally recommend this place Close to everything , (beach , restaurant, grocery store) convenient with children . The place is very clean, the people warm And host Keny was taking care of us I'm an entrepreneur And I will advise my clientele at 100/100 🥂

Lovely apartment, looks just like pictures. Beautiful pool just outside unit. 5-minute walk to Ventanas restaurant, which is great. 10-minute walk to Cana Bay Beach/Pool Club which is magical, even better than pictures..."resort-caliber". Hard Rock Resort access is very limited, but also not needed with Cana Bay Beach/Pool Club. Very responsive airbnb team. Would absolutely return and recommend.

Everything was great close to a few good spots like coco bongo and a few things in downtown Punta Cana. Just wish there were more food spots, but all around great place to stay

As they say it location, location, location. The condominium was perfect. Restaurants close by Security guard to let Vehicle in as out as I had a rental car.

Excellent place, everything was very clean and tidy, I had everything you need for a pleasant stay, Yairen was very kind, always attentive to our stay, something excellent is that it allowed us to do the check up earlier, and gave us clear instructions. The residential is very nice and quiet. The location super easy to get to. I would definitely recommend it 100%.
