We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that Nana responded quickly and was flexible. The room is quiet and has no problems with amenities.The interior is decorated with lovely paintings.Grand Mall and Will Mart are very conveniently located nearby.The location is great and overall it's good value for money and recommended.Internet and electricity fees will be sent to the host's bank account.

I’m r was a big pleasure staying at Maris place. The location is superb, the old town quite street. The apartment is perfect for family with 2 kids, since it has separate beds. Everything we needed was provided. The appartement is well kept. And this is may be 20th appartment in Batumi’s where we have stayed and I definitely say it is the best. Definitely will consider coming back!

beautiful rooms, easy walk to the center of town. nice neighborhood, felt like a real place, not a tower of glass and steel.

Location is great. My only complaints were the parking situation and building access at check-in. Regarding parking, there is no designated parking for the condo or the building. You have to find your own spot which wasn't too hard during the day but later at night it was tough to find a spot. Regarding building access, you can't get to the 4th floor without an elevator card (which you have to get from the lockbox on the fourth floor). After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth with the receptionists we convinced them to let us on the elevator. It would have been easier to just ask another guest to let us up. Everything else was great and the location is amazing---just a few steps away from the water.

Clean, equipped with everything you need housing. Large refrigerator, electric stove and microwave, washing machine. Lots of dishes. There is everything you need for living

We checked in very quickly and easily. The apartment is bright and very cozy, there is enough space for everything. It has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. There is a 24-hour shop under the house and a very beautiful park. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in a walking distance. The people in the house are friendly and kind. It will be even cooler in the season. Thank you Anna for your hospitality and generosity. Responses were received instantly. I definitely recommend 10/10 ❤️

the place looks very nice, you feel more like at home than in an airbnb. Everything was ready when we arrived even though we booked very late in the night. We would go again anytime.

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

It has been a great experience. You are close to every main attraction and the infra of building is great. The gym is also well equipped.

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

It was lovely to stay for 2,5 weeks at the place for my boyfriend and I. The host was very responsive, the check in was very easy, the place is very close to the beach. There was a bit of traffic at the evening, but overall it was not very loud. The view from the balcony is outstanding, we spent many breakfasts and dinners there. The flat was very clean, you will find everything you need. Recommend!

Nako’s home is amazing! I was so thankful for all the little details she thought of. Two blankets to sit on the balcony, useful meds, maps of the city, adapter for European socket! Even bed sheets are really nice. And 2 orthopedic pillows. Nako herself is really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this apt. It’s the coziest apt in Batumi, promise 🙏☺️

I really liked the apartment, next to the promenade, it was very clean and cozy. There is everything you need, there was always hot water. The hostess was very helpful and always in touch, for which she is very grateful, we will be happy to stay again. I recommend your stay
