Vacation rentals with a patio in Batumi

We liked the location, the lady was very nice! We felt safe as a group of women, as you could only use the elevator and elevator with a chip card and lock the door from the inside.

Sveta was not only a host but a friend She gave me a free trip to the waterfalls and we ate fish and it was a beautiful day She also responded to all my inquiries and questions and I was very happy in this accommodation Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Sveta. I was in this apartment in January 2025. The photos are fully consistent, the apartment is on the 39th floor, two separate bedrooms. There were no problems with elevators - but maybe it's because of the low season. I recommend accommodation for two couples, comfortable. It's cold in winter, but the air conditioners save and work perfectly

Great place for both long and short term stays, lots of kitchen appliances, comfy beds, 24/7 convenience store right in the building, definitely recommend!

An excellent and stylish apartment with impeccable cleanliness! The host is very thoughtful and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. Stunning views of the sea and park create an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, everything is within reach. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Danil’s flat. It was very convenient and peaceful. We had the beach in front of the flat and other local places were easily reachable. The flat was very clean and comfortable. Views from the flat were amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely countryside home! The house was cozy and well-kept, and the nature around it was beautiful with wonderful view of nature from its windows. Also you can walk 7-10 minutes to the entrance to Botanical Garden of Batumi (trough a small grove). The host family was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home with their kindness. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway vocation.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

Mr. Zurab and his family are extraordinary people. They welcomed us very warmly. Thank them for the gifts. The house fully corresponds to the description. We found the ideal cleanliness and environment: comfortable beds and good bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. I must mention the air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms. The terrace is very large, with furniture, hammocks and a swing. An ideal place to spend time. The yard is big, beautiful and tidy. Good parking place for cars. Great recommendation from all of us. Excellent house for the summer. Loved the bed - nice mattress and good bed linen. Very clean - the hosts monitor the house well, they respond quickly to requests, although there were no problems.

Had a great stay. Everything as described. One of the best locations in town. Highly recommend, will absolutely consider visiting again!

We had organized a family meeting, everyone had found a place. There were a total of five of us with an infant. The terrace is wonderful for relaxing, you have an unobstructed view of the sea and look directly at the sunset. The accommodation is equipped with the necessary inventory, you can prepare something yourself or visit one of the restaurants that can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The owner was easily accessible and also quickly organized a crib for us. All in all, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

It was our second visit to Orbi City, and although it is getting more and more crowded year by year and has the problem of elevator, one can have a nice stay . Kitchen is quite small, but contains everything, you'd need. You could use the balcony while having breakfast or a cup of coffee. The view from the balcony is splendid. The Sea is in front of you. There are lots of supermarkets, fruit and vegetable markets nearby. Grand mall, a large one, is a walking distance from Orbi City. The apartment is clean enough, and well furnished. The hostess is a nice and easy going girl, who was always in touch solving any issue we had. Dear Eagle, thank you very much for your hospitality and warm welcome! Absolutely Recommended

I visited the apartment for the second time. The apartment has an incredibly practical location. You can park your car in the courtyard, which is usually very difficult in this area. The apartment has a wonderful atmosphere – you walk in and immediately feel at home. The host, Marina, who welcomed us, is a wonderful lady. She gifted us homemade mandarin jam, immediately offered us coffee, and even provided an iron in the evening when we needed it. Marina is an intelligent, interesting woman and incredibly kind beyond words. Thank you for everything. I wish you lots of luck, and see you next time!
