The studio apartment is furnished adequately and is located in a prime area. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are supermarkets, shopping mall, restaurants etc. within walkable distance or within 10mins from the apartment. There is no parking within the premises. If you've a car, you will need to park it in one of the parking zones by the road on the backside provided there is an empty slot. That was the only tricky part about the stay. Otherwise we found it very convenient, safe and worth the money.

Tengiz's place is a great choice for a stay in Batumi. It is a few minutes walk to Old Batumi. Everything is impeccable in the apartment and we didn't want for anything. Very functional and convenient. The owner is adorable, always available and really responsive. We now have our address in Batumi! And we will recommend it to our friends in Tbilisi without hesitation! Thanks for everything!!

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.
