I was a solo traveller and worked mostly from the house during the day . Wifi worked well most of the time. I didn't have a car . The host were very kind enough to drive me to the beach and botanical garden . the elderly couple don't speak English so well but their son speaks well . The walk down to the center takes about 20 mins and it takes you through a nice green path . Just pay attention while coming back in the night, most of the taxi followed the Navigation to reach the place and would get lost couple of times in the night. I would definitely revisit this place again 😊

I selected the place because I had to move from previous one and did not want to go far. It looks less cozy on images than for real (maybe the images colder color tone). However I liked the place more than I expected. In the mornings in the bedroom you get the abundance of sun light so you day starts positively and spirited. As of equipment, everything is there, I did not recall anything I would miss. Irakli was always in touch, I had no issues addressing him on different matters. Bookmarked for the future stays. Thanks!

Felt right at home in the apartment. Thanks for having me! Apartment was spacious, has a full size fridge, portable washing line, bathroom toiletries provided but bring your own kitchen cleaning and drying supplies. Enjoyed cooking. The bathroom sink has space on either side to organise your toiletries. Fairly peaceful. Bins outside building are left as you exit. Pedestrian crossing to seaside is at end of street (left side). Would love a tv that I can cast Netflix to. Reception has waves of busyness. Would stay again

The apartment was spotless clean and just as described. It has such beautiful city and sea views. Bed was very comfortable. Street where the building is located is very busy. But beach boulevard, shopping malls and lots of restaurants and shops are just few minutes walk away. The building is huge with hundreds and hundreds of apartments. And only 4-5 working elevators. Sometimes you had to wait for the elevaror quite long times. This is not ofc Egle's fault. Communication with Egle was easy. Thank you!

Nice flat and area. No problem with check-in. Host has been reachable during whole stay. Happy to rent again in future.

I’ve been staying at Anda’s for 2 months. She and the other lady who was helping her were very friendly, nice and easy to communicate. The location itself is great and easy to go anywhere by using mini buses, taxi or scrolls around, a nice view and a clean place. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a great location, right in the center and close to everywhere. Relevant host, nice apartment. Recommended.

A lovely place 4-minute walk from the shore. A wonderful welcoming host who picked us up and drove us to the train station. The only downside is the construction in front of the house but even that was not a big deal: the windows are well-insulated and it wasn’t loud at all.

We were lucky to find this wonderful apartment! Traveled with two families: four adults and three kids. Everyone is perfectly accommodated, the sea is a 10-minute walk, the center is also a 15-minute walk! The apartment itself is very beautiful, equipped with taste and soul! A large kitchen - a dining room, a large balcony - a godsend, we spent evenings here! Many thanks to the friendly hosts! We'll come again!

We stayed for more than a month with Irisha, after spending a month in the airport area Pros: Central neighborhood Very close to the beach Phenomenal sunset view Comfortable apartment Good shower pressure Great spacious sofa Bakery in front of the building with great Shoti Many markets around operating 24h Cheap and good bars less than a 10-minute walk Cons The elevator works on a pretty ridiculous card system. Irisha left us cards with enough charge for the entire stay. If you run out of charge or it's your first time, you don't need a card to get to the 21st floor. You can go up there and down the stairs (the apartment is on the 17th floor). This is the only negative point, and it has more to do with the building itself than with Irisha, because the other buildings in Batumi work the same way. DON'T FORGET TO WATER THE PLANT, so it stays beautiful and green. Just use the water that falls from the air conditioning

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

Apartment is very cozy and comfortable. We were 2 families. The location is very convenient. The sea is 50 meters from the house. Supermarket is nearby. The apartment is very clean. The host met and escorted to the airport in person. The apartment has all the necessary things for cooking. The pastel is snow-white. We really liked it. We are glad that we chose this apartment. The apartment was the biggest flex and hype in my life, you’ll never get a chance to live under a volcano in a tropical forest (felt like it). The jacuzzi makes you feel like you achieved everything possible in your entire existence. The location felt like your living on a construction side, but the hype of the apartment compensated that

Everything is fine. It felt like home. In the apartment there is everything necessary for this. Not enough sun, but for someone it will even be a plus. Especially in summer

Great location close to the park and the beach. A bit old, but clean and very cozy, it felt like at home right away. The small things that matter: cute plates and towels in the kitchen, slippers to walk around the house, food containers in the fridge and a comfortable mattress
