Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Battle

Very continently located, plenty of room, easy to find. Stairs, no elevator; Well stocked kitchen; Beds are comfortable if you like hard beds but not that comfortable if you’re used to medium or soft beds. Great ocean views; bedrooms are in the back of the apartment so they were quiet. Would stay here again.

The apartment is on the top floor of an old converted house and is beautifully finished. The furnishings are mostly vintage and fit perfectly with the style and layout. The kitchen is well fitted with high quality equipment (Smeg) and was spotlessly clean. There was basic food and milk and refreshments for guest use which was nice. The heating was also very good which was important because when we arrived it was terrible weather. However on the following day the storm cleared and the view from the 4 windows in the living space over the sea were fabulous. All in all highly recommended if you are looking for something close to the town and the sea that comfortably accommodates 2 couples.

This was a return visit - our stay at this flat has become an annual event. It is cosy, spacious and the sea view is unbeatable!

We booked this quirky apartment at attend a friends wedding in the nearby area and wasn’t disappointed at all! The information provided beforehand was extremely helpful including photos of where to park, and we were greeted as soon as we arrived. The place itself is such a hidden gem above a beautiful and buzzing pub, and the interior decor was so much fun! The entire place was clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly think of. Thank you so much for providing a true home from home, and we will definitely be back again in the summer to make more use of the private deck area and pub garden.

Apartment was right next to the sea. Three huge bedrooms with big double beds. Well-equipped kitchen.

Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

Dominic's house is centrally located in Tunbridge Wells and handy for access to the train station, local buses, and shops/restaurants. Host was quick to respond and very flexible. Recommended.

This property was set in a beautiful neighbourhood, which felt very family friendly. The house itself was exactly as pictured and felt high end. The kitchen was stocked with all the Utensils required to make large meals and the bedrooms were clean and very cosy. Excellent property and would highly recommend.

One of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Stewart was kind enough to allow flexible check out as we had a toddler and an infant. He even came round to say hello. We will be definitely be back next year. We wholeheartedly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We loved our stay at Greatstone, well equipped comfortable home. Lovely to step out and walk on the beach. Plenty to do within short driving distance. Rye is lovely. Excellent well stocked spar along the road.

Steven's place was nothing short of beautiful! He had very tasteful furniture and unique pieces from his travels which made the place very homey and unique! It was very spacious and honestly exceeded expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Thank you for being a great host!

A brilliant place to stay for a weekend. The place was clean and Chris the host was extremely proactive and kind. Close to the sea and it’s a lovely walk along the front. Lovely local places to eat. The bagel place was amazing and this fantastic cafe next door with mega friendly staff and delicious food. Had the avocado, radish and onion sandwich, highly recommend!

We’ve stayed here three times now and would happily stay again if in the area. The location is an easy 10min drive into Eastbourne town centre and there’s a nice pub directly opposite although it does get busy so best to book in advance for dinner. The flat is absolutely spotless and has everything you’d need for a weekend’s stay. Jon also very helpfully offered to leave a travel cot and high chair so we didn’t need to bring them with us.

Exceeded my expectations. Very good stay, will be back in the future.

Nina and Patrick probably have the best Airbnb, not just in Hastings, but anywhere. We truly enjoyed the apartment and its location. The interior is stylish yet minimal, and the views of the sea and the city below are breathtaking. The backyard really makes you feel like you're in the countryside. Nearby, you'll find all the necessary shops and restaurants, and the house has a fantastic manual covering everything. (We especially enjoyed the Undercliff House fish restaurant!) We're already dreaming of coming back one day.

We had a fabulous stay in Bexhill. The home was lovely and clean, bright and airy and comfortable. A great little touch by the host was a few Christmas decorations which really made our sons day. The hosts were very helpful with arrival and showing us around.

Working in the area and found this great little aparment. Perfect for what I needed.
