Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Really lovely 1 night stay if you are looking for a quiet place with beautiful surroundings. Although it is a studio, it doesn't feel like one because it is spacious and finished beautifully. Bare in mind there isn't any walkable pubs/restaurants so would definitely need a car. Lovely little spot and would definately go back. Peter was very helpful and gave some recommendations for local dinner places.

I spent a thoroughly enjoyable two nights and can highly recommend. I received a warm welcome from Karen who had taken time to find a good location for me to go running. The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated. All that you might need was thoughtfully provided along with a selection of breakfast items and snacks. 5 stars is not enough!

The Dairy came highly recommended from a friend who has stayed here twice and it did not disappoint! It was the perfect setting for my relaxing weekend getaway. I felt right at home and enjoyed long hours reading and writing in the cozy corner upstairs as well as long walks through the countryside and visiting the villages and sights that Francesca recommended. The lovely cottage and beautiful surroundings provided inspiration, peace and tranquility. I had a fabulous stay and would love to visit again.

The Avon lodge was the perfect retreat for a relaxing couple of days in the countryside. The house was beautiful, cosy, and spotless and we will definitely be returning. A bonus was our lovely host Carole, bringing us fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning which were delicious!

It was our second time visiting Great Somerford, so we knew our way around in the village and the surroundings. Debbie’s place was great to enjoy the long weekend and she kindly accommodated our little baby woth a baby cot. The property has an amazing setting and great views, everything was extremely easy. Would highly recommend it!

It was absolutely perfect! One of the best stays. Good considerably kitchenware and quite a lot things for breakfast were provided. The arrangement of the flat is so lovely, cosy and very "Glastonbury". It is very good situatet, only few minutes to Highstreet, bust stop right out of the door. Julie is so kind and helpful, a great host. Absolutely recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay at Caroline's place and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Wiltshire. We really couldn't fault the annex or our lovely hosts. The property was easy to find with generous parking. Caroline was super friendly and helpful before and during our stay, offering plenty of suggestions for things to do locally. We really appreciated the extra welcoming touches (bread, eggs, tea/coffee, wine and more!) The property was spotless, comfortable and well decorated, with all the amenities you could hope for. The village and surrounding area is stunning with lots of areas to walk, plus a lovely pub a stone's throw away. The property is a great base for exploring. We ventured out to several places during our stay, including Stonehenge and Paultons Park, which were both easy to drive to. Thank you for everything! You are excellent hosts and we are already thinking of when we can come back again.
