The apartment is very modern and comfortable. There's AC (in the bedroom) and a washing machine. The TV is awesome. The apartment is very close to the city center. We also got some great recommendations from Georgi about local restaurants. The parking is by the street. The building is a bit old, but the neighborhood is very quiet.

Great apartment in a hotel with very good pools. We are extremely pleased with the prompt communication with the owner and her absolutely adequate attitude on her part. Many times a better rental choice than any room for two in any hotel.
