All in all we immensely enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is decently spacious for a family of 4, has great country vibes but at the same time adds modern stylish twist to it. It comes with a beautiful outdoor area with a few options for sitting, so we could have breakfast in a different spot every day. Campfire was a great option to spend time with kids. Also has a fireplace inside that is easy to get going. House has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and a few local sights are a relatively short drive away. Now, it's not 100% private as it's not the only house on the grounds, the main house is just next door 20 meters away, so if you want a private getaway it's not what you want. In our case there were guests at the main house, too, and we could hear them. Also two properties share 1 Wi-Fi, which can have its quirks. Also it's impossible to charge EV there, so keep that in mind. Also, spiders and flies! Keep the doors and windows closed.

Beautiful home with a stunning view and a peaceful getaway. The house is stocked with so many games and toys for the kids which is a bonus. We even saw some kangaroos and some beautiful birds while we stayed. A close drive to Lorne where you can easily spend the day enjoying the beach and cafes. Over all very pleased with our getaway. And a bonus point for our amazing host Nicole who was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay and even checked to see if all was going well with wifi etc as it’s an off grid stay.

Our stay at Anna's place was just wonderful. It was exactly as she described, a cosy forest hideaway, which was nicely appointed and adorned with homely touches and lovely art. Thanks for having us, Anna.

Eloise and Claire's place is lovely! Wonderful location walking distance to Forrest centre and lots of beautiful walks and waterfalls within a short drive. The house is very well looked after and super cosy, and the fireplace was a must.
