Monthly Rentals in Barão de São João

We spent two wonderful weeks at Birgit's place. The cottage is equipped with everything necessary and thanks to the wood stove it is also pleasantly warm in December. The outdoor area is beautiful and since the terrace is sunny and wind protected, we were able to have our breakfast outside every day even in the Portuguese winter. Birgit is an excellent host, super friendly, helpful and very responsive to questions. The Christmas buildings were very tasty :) Thank you very much for everything, we will be happy to come by again!

Our stay at Quinta Kakelbont was the best! Loved that we could do day trips in Lagos and surrounding towns and come back to the quiet and very relaxing cottage. Sjoukje and Carlos are the perfect hosts while also allowing for plenty of privacy. I highly recommend this airbnb.

Such a peaceful, quiet, secluded place.. perfect for a getaway, to gather thoughts, to recharge. Great to spend time at, but also close to attractions of the region - Sagres, Lagos, Portimao.

The place is wonderfully rustic and typical. If you like peace is the right place! The home has simple and modest but very charming decor. Everything worked well and Anton's friend who received us was Cris who is super quiet and good vibe. I will remember with great affection of this special corner in Barão de São João where I rested and invigorated the energies. Thank you very much and hope to return.
