Monthly Rentals in Bancroft

Wonderful place to stay! The property itself was extremely clean and the kitchen came fully stocked with any necessary cooking supplies. The property was located in a private quiet area, and although we did not know about tenants above when we booked (missed on our part) there was absolutely no issues as we never heard anyone moving around etc. Host was extremely responsive and helped us when we had questions/ problems. Overall felt safe, clean, and right at home.

Tonya's Place was amazing the hospitality was outstanding. What made Tonya’s house the best home away from home? Is because of the small intimate settings and a vintage feel of coziness. The small touch of everyday little supplies was a little lifeline and lifesaver for those of us who have a bad habit of forgetting the little things. So all in all I would recommend her and her house to anyone looking to stay in the Owosso area, she has the best of the affordable price, great communication, hospitality,cleanliness and our overall experience. Nestled in a quiet, secure neighborhood, the space was thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with everything we needed, allowing us to relax without any worries. We recommend this delightful Airbnb for anyone seeking a cozy, comfortable getaway.

Sherri Jean was friendly, communicated very shortly after arrival to make sure all was as expected and offer any assistance needed. Did not partake of the pizza in the freezer, but the muffins were delicious. Will be the first place I check for availability if I need to stay in the area again. Wonderfully peaceful place.
