Vacation rentals in Shiawassee County

Booked this home for a small group of writers attending a book signing nearby. It was absolutely perfect for our needs—quiet, comfortable, plenty of places to sit and to set up our laptops. I personally really appreciated the little table fan I found in my closet that helped to block out some of the chatter in the living room when I went to bed before everyone else. Also, the giant TV in the living room was amazing for this group of Swifties to watch the Eras Tour movie on ;)

Our stay at the guest house at Faith Family Farm was very nice. It was quiet and incredibly comfortable. As noted, it’s an active horse farm which we loved. Each day we were able to see the horses doing their horse things…oh and a cute donkey. People brought their dogs so we would often see a few dogs running around. All of which added to the positive experience. We wanted a rural secluded home which we absolutely got. Most everything is 20-30 mins away (except a great gas station and party store which was only a few miles). The house has the basics with respect to the kitchen. This worked for us since we didn’t do any cooking while there (warming up only). There were extra towels and cleaning supplies which were helpful. Oh and the garage was fantastic since we hand a bit of a snow while there. We brought our dogs along and they did very well, easy to take them out either entrance. The home was warm and welcoming, the WiFi and TV were great. I would recommend booking this home.

This house is great for a getaway with family or friends. The host, Linda, was amazing and extremely easy to deal with. I definitely recommend this house!

Had a wonderful visit overall! Pros: -Clean -Perfect size -Very nicely decorated -As pictured in photos -Good bed with good mattress -Good coffee :) Cons: -The door was very difficult to get open--I slammed my knee into the door jam when trying to enter because the door got stuck. -No creamer/sugar was provided, which was not a huge deal but a little disappointing. Things to note: -Upstairs neighbors are quite noisy, and there is a lot of squeaking as they move around. -The shower is quite small and hard to maneuver in, but works well. Overall, would stay there again if needed. Thanks!

Excellent vacation spot we would recommend to any couple or family. Lots to do, nice sandy beach, boats for use on quiet lake. Very responsive host Pennie really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great glamping experience. Very clean and comfortable trailer. On our family's short list for a return trip.

My best friend and I had a mommy away trip for the weekend and it was perfect! The property and location are very private. The apartment is the perfect size and had everything we needed. The hot tub was very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Super cute place and great location. My best friend got married at The Z Hall, which was only a few minutes from the rental. We were able to walk a short distance to some great restaurants and bars too. It is street parking, but I didn't have any issues. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our 2nd stay here for the New Year and it was beautiful once again! The space is warm and cozy, beautiful Christmas tree in the front room, plenty of bedroom space for the kids, very clean and close to everything.

Staying at Sarah's place was delightful, and her quick responses were greatly appreciated. I would certainly book again.

Louis was a good host he e courage’s us to ask him for anything we needed It was very cold outside but he encouraged us to bump the heat up if we were cold and the heat and hot water were in good working order The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious in the living room area the kitchen had everything we needed Thanks Louis for your kind easy manner see you, Jan and Dean

We had another wonderful time downtown Owosso staying in the lofts. The unit was in top shape and beautiful. Host is very responsive and kind. We hope to stay again soon. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay! The property itself was extremely clean and the kitchen came fully stocked with any necessary cooking supplies. The property was located in a private quiet area, and although we did not know about tenants above when we booked (missed on our part) there was absolutely no issues as we never heard anyone moving around etc. Host was extremely responsive and helped us when we had questions/ problems. Overall felt safe, clean, and right at home.
