Long stay, one month. This 'spartan' accommodation comes with a lofty description, but it does have character!! Quiet surroundings. Mountain view. Of course, the sea. Very walkable on nice days. Nice leisurely moments with the views on the 7th floor lookout. Basic appointments, nothing expensive.. the kitchen needs a little love. I liked the very firm bed, I slept well. A few problems: constant low water pressure when showering. Leaky shower fixture. Leaky windows on the few days of driving rains. Phước was 100% available at all times! Quick response when needed. Very commendable!

Hana and her co-hosts were super professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at the Navi's. Hana helped us in arranging our day tour to Bana hills and they also have bikes for rent with reasonable price. The place is very close to the beach and we found an Indian vegetarian restaurant at a walkable distance which was a boon for us. They make sure that their guests are having a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I think it is a best place to stay in Da Nang. Situated in the local area far away from the noise and traffic, but only a few minutes ride to the beach or city center. It’s very well equipped for long term living and Ms Dung is the perfect host - extremely hospitable and helpful.
