Take in sweeping ocean and sunset views from the 3rd floor of this corner property, with even better vistas to be had from the wicker chairs on the terrace. After a dip in the pool, rinse off under the rain shower in a twin-vanity bathroom. Direct oceanfront with great surfing right in front and located in the center of Jaco where you can easily walk to all of Jaco's shops and restaurants. Please no party groups and strict no guest policy. Catch the big breakers here, or opt for some easier waves to the south. Walk into town to find a good selection of places in which to eat, drink, or shop. Taxi's into town are just $2-3, or you can easily walk/bycycle. No guest policy, maximum 4 people.

My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

Walk to the beach! Villa Tierra is located right on the border of the beach protected zone, making it one of the closest places you can stay to the beach! Right now we have some construction nearby, so we are offering HUGE discounts. Once in a lifetime chance to get right on the beach without the 500/night price tag! Construction is usually from 8-5 Monday to Friday, so you can enjoy the beach or the area during the day, and then relax after dark listening to nothing but the ocean.

At the beach you can look for sloths, lizards, parrots, & more. The pools are amazing! The condo is located 19 miles from Jaco & 21 miles from beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park. It was by far our most relaxing, peaceful holiday. I cannot say enough about this spectacular condo. The view from the balcony was simply stunning, where morning coffees often led into leisurely lunches, as we could not pull ourselves away from the amazing, peaceful scenery. This view could be seen from the kitchen, living room and the master bedroom, it was simply intoxicating. The condo itself was so spacious, spotless, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need, 2 full bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms with 2 king size beds, laundry facilities in the unit. Ilyas and his team (maintenance and security) were so attentive to our needs, we lacked nothing as they were always available for whatever inquiry we had, the security was by far the best, we felt safe and welcome at all times. The grounds were impeccable as was the pool, which was cleaned early every morning. I cannot say enough about this spectacular condo. We are now looking at our holidays for next year at this oasis.

Absolutely amazing spot! We had a great time and really appreciated everything the airbnb offered. The only disappointment was we were expecting a washer and dryer in the unit and there was not one. All, in all, amazing stay and we would certainly come back!

Our family of five (with three kids under four) had the most incredible month at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, with a breathtakingly gorgeous beach just steps away. We felt completely safe the entire time, which was so important with little ones. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the wonderful staff. Maureen, the housekeeper, was incredibly helpful and kind, making everything seamless for us. And we can’t recommend Domingo the cook enough—her dinners were a highlight of our trip! We used her services every night, and every meal was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a stress-free, beautiful getaway with top-notch hospitality, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to return!

Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!
