Vacation rentals with a pool in Ballena Bay

Amazing place. We stayed there, working remotely and enjoying Costa Rica for a month or so. First, the host's support was out of this world. They would answer our questions and fix them within the same day. It was quite impressive. Now, the house. Great 3-stories house. Amazing pool. (beware, it's not a warm jacuzzi tho) The view of the jungle was breathtaking. Great amenities, clean house, and cleaning team for the pool and house were great. However, since this house is on top of a little hill, I am not sure we could have come to it without an SUV. Finally, the location was great. 5 mins from Villareal. 13 mins from Tamarindo. Close enough, but far enough in the jungle, we felt at peace, away from the noise and busyness of the city. Overall, I recommend it, and I will come back for sure! This place was great for remote workers, with office chairs and desks in every room.

The stay was excellent the place as in the photos, clean, tidy with everything you need. We had a great time and the communication with the host always responds quickly, very friendly and providing the necessary help, I really recommend this place and hope to return soon.

The property was very comfortable. The property guide was the most thorough I've seen in all my travels. There were instructions for everything you could think of. The property is beautiful. I enjoyed taking a dip in the pool each morning. We had breakfast at the property each morning as everything needed to cook was available. The property is in close proximity to grocers, restaurants, the beach, a pharmacy... everything needed. Most local tours pick you up right outside the property gates for no extra charge. Liana was the perfect host. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay at your beautiful property.

As host my self, have to say: hosts doing great job by taken care of such a beautiful place! Amazing views, I would say probably best to find! Great set up for small and mid groups! Definitely 4x4 to get up to the property. Highly recommend

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Nice and practical. Clean, quiet and private. Small but private pool, just to spend with family or friends. Close to San José, Automercado and places to eat quite close by car. No basic things like oil, salt, paper towels or kitchen towels or shampoo. There is no air conditioning in the common area but with the one in the rooms it manages to cool the rest of the house. Good water pressure.

Our stay at the Airbnb in Costa Rica was beautiful! Ideally located between Jaco and Manuel Antonio, exploring the area's beauty was easy. Despite the rain, we had a fantastic time. The house was beautiful and ideal for celebrating our mother’s birthday, offering all the comforts we needed. The pool stood out, especially for families—my nephew loved it. We did have an issue when the water stopped, ironically during the rain, but the hosts responded quickly and showed great care in resolving it. A highlight was seeing toucans daily, adding a special touch to the natural beauty. The scenic location, family-friendly amenities, and attentive hosts made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing Costa Rican getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Nicks!!! Absolutely loved the location, a short walk away was the beach and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Nick left a detailed guide of things to do and places to go and see, even recommendations of where to eat! Having a pool right there is a big bonus for us, as well as having surf boards and boogie boards supplied!! Nick has thought of everything to make sure his guests have a great stay!!! We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up staying for an extra week!! Next time we’re in the Jaco area we will definitely be staying at Nicks!!!

We were extremely surprised at how nice this place was not just the condo but the whole resort was gorgeous!! Only down side was the extremely firm beds. Could use a lite pillow top on them but honestly wasn’t a big issue. If only the sun had shown itself a bit more had a great time.

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

An extremely comfortable place, private and equipped with all the amenities described. It is ideal for both couples and children trips. The location is great, very close to the beach and the pool area, which is a great plus point in such a spacious condominium. Also, in the area it is easy to find options to buy anything you need. Carol was always very kind, responded quickly to our inquiries and was attentive, offering us helpful recommendations. Without a doubt, an experience we hope to repeat. We'll be back again!

Randal was a great host and the condo is in a great area. The community was experiencing low water pressure, but Randal was responsive and did what he could to try and improve it for us.

Great Apartment in a nice area of San Jose! Loved the coffee shop and pizza place just downstairs. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for my family of 4. Host was very responsive and helpful. The gym and jacuzzi were a really nice bonus! Also loved having a parking spot. Highly recommend! We'd be happy to stay again.

I had the best stay at Jhonathan’s condo at Villa Princess Jacó. It is just as beautiful as the pictures and the property is incredibly serene, peaceful and calm. The condo itself is absolutely wonderful. The bedroom is absolutely stunning - the lighting with the hardwood is like no other! Very comfortable and quiet. I had a million questions and Jhonathan and his team were incredibly communicative and helpful. I had a couple challenges on my end and they were amazing and so helpful. I would stay again in a heart beat. I truly enjoyed that it was on the edge of the town, just what I was looking for. Thank you Jhonathan, Erick and team!!

A beautiful place, in several occasions I have stayed in this codomain, but never in this tower. I really liked that it has a pool only for the tower, apart from the psychinas where the entire condominium has access, where there are almost no people. The oceanfront location makes it perfect for sitting, enjoying the view, and relaxing.
