Monthly Rentals in Ballard

This is one of the best stay we experienced with Airbnb. Jim & Kristin welcomed us and gave us a quick tour of the cottage. They also gave us many recommendations for bike rides, groceries, restaurants etc Their place is impeccable and very comfortable. It has everything needed to enjoy cosy days and nights for those who prefer to stay in. We highly recommend!

Val’s place was absolutely beautiful in a great part of town. As our host, she was accommodating, friendly and responsive! She even offered her toddler air bed for our 2 year old son! Inside was clean, comfortable and visually appealing. We also very much appreciated the attention to detail with regard to amenities. Highly recommend!

I have been to numerous Airbnb and never have I walked into a place that is so cheerful, positive, and welcoming!!! The Bee theme throughout the home was filled with positive messages and energy. It’s beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The location to Solvang and the casino is super close. And the stay was so peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will come back again. Four day stay for two in small town Ballard, CA. North of Solvang and South of Los Olivos. Quiet area, convenient to the Santa Ynez wine country. The unit is almost a small house. Large bath, large kitchen, living room is also a comfy bedroom with a queen bed. Private, outside seating area. The owners have supplied all the conveniences, plush furnishings, well stocked kitchen and bath. Accessible, except three stair step-up from the living area to the kitchen and bath.
