Monthly Rentals in Balkan

The Cottage was exactly as shown in the pictures and description. It was clean and offered the comforts of home away from home. The host even had a mat and bowls for our dog! The location was perfect for visiting with our daughter who is attending LMU. The location is also just a few minutes from restaurants and shopping in Middlesboro and the surrounding area. Seemed like a quiet neighborhood. The host responded immediately to messages. We will definitely plan on staying here again when visiting our daughter.

Cozy, simple, beautiful cabin! Miranda was very helpful and responsive as a host. The cabin had everything I needed for a short stay. You can hear the creek from the bedroom.
