Very dear and friendly host. He gave us many tips. He was also always reachable. Playa Serena can be reached in about 25 minutes by car and a very great beach. What else you should know about the accommodation is that if you book for two people, you don't get the whole house. 2 bedrooms are then locked and are not available. A note on the listing might be good here in the future. The WiFi was not very stable. Raul wants to take care of that.

The stay was comfortable and the location was good as we could walk to most things. The beach is directly out the front and has a public beach shower right at the access so you don't have to worry about finding one. There is a large grocery store (Consum) about 7 min walk from the home and it has a great selection and very good hours of operation . We found it very central to visit the surrounding communities of which there are several within 15 minutes drive.

My experience at Nicole's was perhaps the best I've had in 13-years of using AirBnB. She was responsive and helpful in the months leading up to my stay and throughout; she addressed all the questions and concerns I had definitively, and she seemed genuinely concerned that I have a good time in Roquetas de Mar and in her unit. Nicole organized transportation for me from Malaga to RdM, meet me at door when I arrived, helped me settle in. When I arrived everything was ready: the unit was spotless, the fridge was chilled, and the room was a comfortable temperature. The unit is exactly at is depicted in the photos and description: it is compact, and everything within has been selected thoughtfully. An excellent grocery store is within walkable distance, with packages, as is the beach and many restaurants and cafes. I spent most of my. time working and cycling, and the wifi was faultless and the access to many beautiful road and gravel routes was easy.
