Vacation rentals with a pool in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

Susy was a great host! Very accommodating, hospitable and flexible. The home was great, spacious, had lots of activities to keep the kids busy- namely the game room and pool. Susy was a great communicator. I'd totally stay here again!

The location for Disney was great. We were able to take a break for dinner and head back for the parade and more rides. The pool and hot tub are wonderful additions, however as clearly communicated they are only heated to 80 & 90 degrees in the Winter. 90 degrees for a hot tub isn’t really hot enough. Hot tubs typically run around 102-106. I thought the extra $$ to heat it to basically a non usable level was not worth it. If you’re paying to heat up a hot tub it should be heated to a temp that can actually be used. We loved that there was so much room to spread out with our party of 10. Plenty of space, the board games were great to have there. Also, lots of beach towels to use for the pool or beach. Overall we liked the location and the space. Would recommend!

Elaine is very communicative. She made sure me and my party were comfortable and it felt better than a hotel. Honestly, the property looks way better in person and we enjoyed the hot tub very much. I hope she loves us as much as we love her.

Shayla was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive, especially when it came to confirming the pack n’ plays for our two kids. Her quick action in resolving a minor issue made our stay even more comfortable. The house itself felt like home, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would love to stay there again the next time we are in the area!

My husband and our children stayed and had an amazing time! We only went to Disneyland one of the days because we really enjoyed staying at the house swimming, playing games and getting in the hot tub! This was a great neighborhood and I would definitely come back again next time❤️

It was a pleasure to stay here. Tarik made everything so easy for us. He was very responsive and helpful. The place was so cozy and perfect. Everything was clean and the whole place smelled amazing. The jacuzzi was such a gem. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath to relax in while my husband and I were traveling. Very pleasant experience. Jessica was a great host. Very warm and responsive communication.

The condo is situated in an exclusive community and surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes. It was very quiet and the outdoor space is great for sipping coffee and relaxing. The place is outfitted with everything you need for a vacation, just bring clothes. The front-loading machines are thoughtfully placed on an elevated platform to reduce stooping in order to do laundry, important to my 89-year-old mom who was with us. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner for our family there and Paulette has outfitted the kitchen with every sort of pot, pan, baking tray, skillet, knife and utensil you could possibly need. There is a very nice Ralph's grocery only a mile away. nice restaurants nearby if you want to dine out. Nice proximity to the ocean. It is the most "at home" I have ever felt at a vacation property.

Just stayed here for a night but it was amazing! Clear instructions, fast responses, beautiful location. The complex was easy to navigate, quiet and well set up. Bringing a pet was nice because the complex had a dog park right outside! Would stay again!

Kelly’s place will not disappoint! My goodness the minute you open her front door … you know you picked right! Absolutely welcoming and just a home feel. We would have rented another full month but others beat us to it. We are relocating from Hawaii and are closing on our own new place. So we needed longer stay times. You will not be disappointed with this choice! The bed are super comfortable and the furnishings are as well. Some hosts do not put emphasis enough on furnishings. They pick cheap and super uncomfortable couches etc. Kelly’s place is just right. She thought of truly hosting her guests. It shows in her place. Again… this is one gem you cannot miss. 😊

Carly’s place was perfect. Clean, just like the photos maybe better, updated kitchen, tvs in every room, kids basket of toys and nice decor. It was a welcome retreat when we needed it. Comfortable master bed, cute little playground, nice pool, easy walk to Target. Nice woman living in the downstairs portion with the shared garage. You still have a private door upstairs and space. Highly recommend!!

I felt right at home. Everything was clean and I received all the instructions i.e. where to find the key and what to do at check-out. We had enough of everything - bath towels/towels were provided for each person, there are many kitchen/cooking materials, dishes, shampoo, a hair dryer, baskets, and drawers to put clothes one. Very clean, too. She responded right away whenever I asked questions. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Thanks to Krysta for hosting my family for a holiday weekend filled with fun and quality time. Beautiful home with everything you need for a great, relaxing stay. Location is perfect for all the OC attractions and beaches. The communication is great with the host and gave us wonderful flexibility on timing which is amazing with little kiddos. Highly recommended staying here if available!

BEACH - I do not need to say more but I will.... Watched a pod of dolphins/porpoise feed just off the beach but within 50 yds of a group of surfers, overlooking the beach from the little park or walking down to the water just below... sitting on the deck hearing the crashing of the waves....

This home is perfect for a Disney getaway! TONS of space with large bunkbeds in 2 rooms, and having an extra living room. There are all sorts of little extras and if you forgot to bring something, I bet they have it already in the house! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the pool was a great activity for the kids! Heats up fast! Trevor and Kathy were amazingly helpful our entire trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described and expected. The proximity was so close to everywhere we planned to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and well cared for. Everything was super clean and they had everything we needed! Booking, check in and out and everything else was a breeze!!

Our stay at this Disney-inspired Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we walked in, we were transported into a world of Disney charm. Every detail, from the Princess-themed decor to the thoughtful Disney touches throughout each room, made it feel like we were living in a fairytale. The host truly went above and beyond to create an immersive experience – even down to the themed linens and adorable Disney artwork on the walls. The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable for our entire family. We appreciated all the small touches, including games and a spectacular backyard. The location was fantastic, just a short drive to the parks, which made it easy to come back and relax after a busy day. This Airbnb is a dream come true for Disney fans and families. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a little extra magic to their vacation!
