Family-friendly vacation rentals in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

This was our second time renting the house and it did not disappoint. The place is big enough for our family and a huge plus was the amount of bathrooms it has! Every couple had their own! Lol the place had a crib which was nice for our 6 month old. We will definitely come back again!

Fabi was a fantastic host. He was always responsive and very flexible / accommodating at check-in. The house had great amenities and a host of themed activities / games in the garage! It was also a 20-25m walk from Disneyland.

What a beautiful little studio space! We stayed here with our toddler for a weekend visiting friends and we were able to fit the travel crib in the walk in closet. There was a spacious bedroom, a big bathroom with a great shower, and little living space with a solid kitchen. We didn’t realize we would be sharing walls with others’ living spaces, so worried a bit about the noise of our toddler, but other than that, it was better than expected! Thank you for providing this beautiful home away from home!

Place was just what we expected! Instructions were clear on how to find the house and get inside. Lots of space! Loved the spacious bedrooms. Felt very comfortable there. Ashai was very accommodating to our needs of stay and very fast at responding to our messages.

Won was helpful and got cleaners to the place at a timely manner when we booked on such a short notice.

Charming home with a beautiful oasis in the back. Since we were gone most of the day we used the jacuzzi, fire place and fire pit at night during our stay. If you wanted to cook meals it was a well equipped kitchen. We only made breakfast but everything was there. We had one small issue, only 3 forks in the drawer. We contacted Jorgen and he handled it immediately. There was a small breakfast nook in the kitchen with lots of light for morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet with a coffee shop and a few restaurants near by. Overall we had a good experience.

Perfect stay . very kid friendly. We felt the pictures didn’t do this house justice it was even better in person. Comfortable beds . Just perfect ! highly recommended.

Tony and Shelly's place was so amazing, welcoming, and lovely! The backyard area was beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect area for our dog. All of the furniture was very comfortable and the decorations were charming and inviting. We had a wonderful time, it's our new favorite air bnb in the So Cal region!

Beautiful stay! & such a great communicative host! Was in town for an event at the queen mary and it was such a quick/easy drive there, only about 5 miles away. Home was perfect for two couples, super walkable and close to beach, restaurants & more stores. We walked everywhere & took a Lyft to queen mary. We were able to park one car in the garage & it was very convenient! Very clean, nice views, love the style of the home. Heater works great, overall very nice home and we all enjoyed our stay.

Michelle's place is a perfect location and feel right at home with everything you need in the home. Having a laundry area, garage space, and AC was amazing! My family and I will definitely be looking to rent again from Michelle again when we come back to Newport Beach. You could not ask for a nicer place with the location and all those amenities!

definitely a nice location if you want to be in a peaceful and quiet area. not too far from san clemente, dana point and SJC. so that’s a plus. not too far from the spectrum either.

Fantastic location! We loved having access to plenty of bikes for my family to enjoy the beach bike path.

We had a great stay at Kate’s while our house was being repaired from a plumbing issue. It was wonderfully located near lots of walking paths, a coffee shop/cafe, and easy to get to Belong Shore for holiday activities. Kate was highly responsive, friendly, and helpful! Our dogs also appreciated the accessible yard. Highly recommend!

We felt right at home! Dori was helpful and kind! The home was perfect and had everything you could need! I would absolutely recommend to anyone but especially a family as she had everything you could think of for kids!

Nice place and neighborhood. Very convenient to the beach, park and pier.

Susy was a great host! Very accommodating, hospitable and flexible. The home was great, spacious, had lots of activities to keep the kids busy- namely the game room and pool. Susy was a great communicator. I'd totally stay here again!

loved this place. it was quiet and close to disneyland. Whitney was really responsive and helpful. the kitchen utensils were pretty limited but had enough since we ate out most meals. very comfortable beds and giant backyard for the kids to run around in.

Carmen’s dream house was such a beautiful stay so close to Disneyland and stores and fast food restaurants. Very clean and nice neighborhood very quiet. Def recommend

this house exceeded our vacation expectations. we had plans to visit downtown disney one day but instead we decided to stay at the property because of how much we loved it. there is so much to do!! thank you christi for being such an amazing host!!

Thanks to Krysta for hosting my family for a holiday weekend filled with fun and quality time. Beautiful home with everything you need for a great, relaxing stay. Location is perfect for all the OC attractions and beaches. The communication is great with the host and gave us wonderful flexibility on timing which is amazing with little kiddos. Highly recommended staying here if available!
