Excellent place to stay. Super comfortable, accommodations were great. Our friends really enjoyed their stay

Bethany was a great host. She was so quick to respond to our questions and was very accommodating for the needs of a family with an infant. The resort itself was wonderful, there is so much to do and see, and it makes a great base for when you are going to take day trips around the area or whether you just want to hang out at the resort and relax. The only downside to the place itself was that on the weekends, there is a definite change in environment at the resort, as it is clear that there are alot more guests that come for a short weekend and come geared with a much more party mentality. We will definitely look to stay here again!

My family and I had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities Karen’s place had to offer. The place was very clean and well kept. The location was great for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed the quiet relaxation and the wonderful nature preserve for our morning walks as well the facility’s pool and hot tub. Karen and Lauren we're great hosts...very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

We enjoyed the location and the property both. The kitchen is great and well stocked. The bedrooms are perfect for privacy. And the living room, very comfortable and has a great view of the sunset. The host is responsive and we had a great day. Plus the outdoor space is a huge bonus.

Had a great time at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. John was a great host. Our unit was ocean view, 2nd floor, spacious and fantastic.

The property was spacious, clean and quiet and just what we were looking for! We were please to see the bathrooms even had bidets. Would definitely stay here again.

We were evacuated from the Altadena fires. We were with other families from our community. Devon was so accommodating and kind. For these families with kids who just lost their homes, this house became a place where we could meet and laugh and cry, and figure out next steps. We’re extremely grateful!!

We loved everything about Nick’s place especially the large living room area to hang out and look at the water. Also the close walk to the beach was great. The house was just as described and very comfortable. Nick even accommodated a slightly later check out for us which was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!

The location is great. It is a few minutes to Marine Ave with many shops and restaurants. It is about a 15 minute walk to the ferry. The furnishings are basic but, the accommodations are clean and spacious. Having a parking spot in the carport is very convenient. The host is responsive.

Place was great for my family of 6 (including 4 kids). It was conveniently located a short drive/walk from the convention center for our event, and was a quick 30 minute drive to Disneyland the next day. We appreciated the stocked Keurig machine, and the kids enjoyed the board games. We would definitely stay again!

Nice backyard, cute street, really close to downtown . Only about a 10 minute walk from great restaurants and the beach. Would def recommend.

Incredible place in a great neighborhood! Was able to walk to chucks for breakfast every morning and to 2nd ave in only a few minutes or on a bird. Excellent location overall and easy to get around! 2nd ave has a ton to offer like the food spot Win-Dow and many little unique shops! Saints was also a great dinner spot! As for the house it is very nice and comfortable and has an awesome large tub. The house also has a dedicated parking spot which was great since we never had to worry about where to park the rental. Overall great place in a great location and safe to walk around.

Klaudia was a great host, responsive and open to assist with any questions throughout our stay. We felt at home and found parking around the corner which is not too far from the complex entrance . Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe . I really like the fact that the 7/11 is steps away .

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

Miguel's apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay and Miguel was an attentive, friendly host. There was great communication before our trip with very clear instructions for check-in, which was super easy. Miguel even sent us a message a few days into our stay to ask if everything was OK and if we had any questions. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. Very spacious and beautifully decorated and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with kit for cooking. And we even had dinner on the little balcony one evening when we felt like staying in. There were also nice little touches, such as the air conditioning having been turned on prior to our arrival and there was even some lovely jazz music playing softly in the living room when we got there. Additionally having parking nearby for our car was great, as parking in Long Beach can be tricky. My husband and I are planning another trip to Long Beach next year and hope to book again.

Area is really nice. Neighbors are welcoming. Really enjoyed the stay.

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.

My family loved it. It's very nice and beautiful decoration. We have a good time for family reunion and definitely will book it again if we come back to Little Saigon.

Oksana’s condo was lovely and we had everything we needed! The king bed was quite comfortable. We had a question about how to operate the lock on the front door and she communicated with us both by Ring video and also came over the next morning to help us. ☺️

Easy access to groceries store. Nice quiet place. Very welcoming host.
