Great place to stay for the whole family. It was cozy, quiet and very walkable. Only steps from the beach and amazing restaurants. The home is nicely furnished and has everything you need to feel right at home. Greta was very responsive and made sure we had everything we need for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend it.

The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

Was a great place to stay. Could walk to just about everything we wanted to do. Only downside was the carport is a tight fit. We could fit our minivan but it was very tight getting between the poles.

Loved the location!! Close to everything! Our kids loved being close to the beach. The only downfall are there are upstairs tenants and unfortunately during our stay they were LOUD! I’m talking about 5-6am wake up running around loud. Nothing to knock the listing for as they can’t control that. But definitely something to consider. We would totally stay here again regardless!

The place is very spacious!! There is one assigned parking spot located in the back which was really helpful. Although there was plenty of street parking too. It is located very close to downtown, quick drive or even a short walk.

Great Beach Getaway! Location is perfect and very close to the beach. We lucked out with some great February weather too. Dog friendly area and home. Host lives on site and was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and extended the length of our visit because we were having such a nice time. For our first airbnb experience, it was amazing. Definitely worth every penny. The location is beautiful and unique. The staff at Rumari were always extremely helpful and courteous when using the driveway. Everything was easy to figure out. The spot is roomy and very comfortable. And any questions were answered very promptly. Will be coming back here again in the future! Thank you for a lovely experience.

This was a convenient place to stay for the weekend and was easy to check in. The hosts were proactive and responsive to help make things as smooth as possible for our stay.

The location is great. It is a few minutes to Marine Ave with many shops and restaurants. It is about a 15 minute walk to the ferry. The furnishings are basic but, the accommodations are clean and spacious. Having a parking spot in the carport is very convenient. The host is responsive.

We had a great stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely ideal, just steps away from the beach with stunning ocean views from the deck. We loved the open-concept living area, perfect for hanging out with the family after a day of exploring. The host was welcoming and responsive, providing us with all the details we needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. We also appreciated the beach gear and bikes provided to make our adventures outdoors easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun and memorable stay by the ocean!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Long Beach! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the stylish décor, spacious layout, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The bedrooms were both cozy and well-appointed, providing plenty of space and privacy, while the 2.5 bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was ideal—close to the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this gem in Long Beach.

Great house in an amazing location. Just a block away from shops, restaurants and the grocery store. The beach is just two short blocks away and you can hear the sound of the waves from the front patio. The kitchen and bathroom were updated and very comfortable. Both bedrooms were great size and the beds were very comfortable. The fireplace was great to use on the two nights of cold weather we had. The front patio was perfect for the warm, sunny days that followed. We love this place and the location and will definitely be back in the future. It's perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples. It also has an easy access garage and a lot of beach toys to use!

We would stay here again and again. Very quite but close enough to lots of things to do. 2nd and 4th street was great with awesome food and fun Pubs. People were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! We appreciate your hospitality.

We had such a delightful time gathering outside with coffee on the comfortable sofas enjoying the backyard or by the fireplace during the cool evenings. Annette’s place was just as it appears in the photographs, light, bright and cozy. Needing information during our stay wasn’t really neccessary due to her answering any questions prior to our arrival and our informative walk through. There wasn’t a thing we wished for during our long weekend stay except more time. It was easy to explore the Laguna Beach area walking from her spot. We had a wonderful experience and won’t hesitate to go back. Thank you Annette.

We loved our stay and Julie was a great host. The house was clean and we felt at home. All the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Julie kept everything stocked and we hope to stay again!

This is our second time staying here! And we have to say this is probably our favorite ABB. Being able to see the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom coupled with a five minute walk down to the beach was the perfect spot for our annual retreat. Aaron’s home is fully stocked, very cozy/comfortable and just a mile or so from several grocery stores, JD Flannel (best donuts ever) and a good coffee (Better Buzz). Also this may not matter to most people, but we loved having night lights in the bathroom. It’s been a small amenity that I wish most ppl had at hotels and ABBs. It demonstrated how thoughtful Aaron is when thinking about how his guests will interact with home! Thanks again for hosting Aaron we will be back soon ☀️💛
