Cute little beach pad. Well equipped, convenient to shops and restaurants and beach. Halfway between the wedge and Great surfing to the north. Fun spot for the family to meet and enjoy each other !

We had a lovely stay just STEPS from the beach and Balboa Blvd. It was a cozy place with all the amenities for a family of five. Quynh's communication was impressive and we look forward to a return stay as we have family down in Newport! Thank you again!

It was a super pleasant stay at this beach house. You'll have everything you need. The grill is absolutely a plus, and you also have a liquor store in the sorroundings for any quick needs. Also Michael, the host, has been super kind and responsive everytime!

Beautiful historic home in a great location ... quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Home was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. Having access to a private parking space and our own laundry facilities was an added bonus. And the outdoor space was fabulous ... for cook-outs and dining, and a separate space for just relaxing. Our host, Jennifer, was very responsive and helpful, and was a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful stay for just over a week and would definitely consider a return visit!

This is our second stay at this house. We love the location; truly close to the beach. Gregg is right on top of sending information prior to check in. The house is comfortable and clean. Gregg is an excellent host.

The house was located perfectly on the beach side. Hop off the back door and you have the beach for yourself. The house was very comfy and clean. The hosts were very responsive. Seal Beach is optimally located as well. You can catch the Catalina ferry easily via a short drive. Other beach attractions like Huntington Beach is also quite close.

We loved staying at Melissa's place and would recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy spot to stay in Long Beach!

This place was amazing! It was our first family trip to Disneyland. Everything was provided like a crib and high chair as we were traveling with a baby and Disney was only 15min away. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the area was private and peaceful 10/10 Trip overall.

We had a great stay! The house was spacious and we liked having enough beds for the 5 adults and 2 kids. It’s a very quick walk to the beach and there is a Vons grocery store a five minute walk away. Both were so nice! It was chilly a few days of our visit so having the heating was huge. We had a bit of an issue finding the place-our fault-and Krizty called to help us resolve it. We were very appreciative! Overall, would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Long Beach!

Love the place. We came for disney and the place was really close which help a lot. And the location is within great places to eat. Love that it was really private and the place look fantastic. Really match the pictures and host was really responsive to answer any questions and made sure that we were enjoying the place as well.

Lee and Nadia's house was perfect for our visit to Long Beach. We were the perfect distance from all of our activities, from the Belmont Christmas Parade less than a block away, to a short walk/drive to the beach and Marine Stadium for visiting friends and a race. The house was clean and well decorated, it was great to have off-street parking for a very crowded neighborhood, and Lee communicated regularly, was friendly, and had recs for the neighborhood. We were very comfortable in the home, and enjoyed our stay.

This place was amazing. Short walk got the sand. Has everything you need. The patio was nice for morning coffee and the host had great recommendations for local spots.

Really lovely home, spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, nice and clean and in a quiet area. After 2 months touring the USA this would be one of my top 3 stays.

This is a perfect get away, especially for our family! To have the pool and hot tub on-site is a very impressive amenity and this is our 5th time staying here. Great accommodations. The kitchen has everything you’ll need. Always a wonderful time!

Location, location, location… beachfront obviously, great front porch to people watch, great showers & well equipped kitchen. Julie was great, she made everything easy.

Aarons' home is beautiful and situated in a beautiful location. Upon walking in you are greeted with a spectacular view of the ocean. There is ample room in and outside the house, with sliding glass walls that, when opened, seamless blend the two space together. This place was perfect for us and Aaron was an outstanding host.

I have stayed with Tower 17 several times now. Always nice places that are well maintained. This is a great two bedroom with a killer view. Will rent from them again.
