great little apartment situated in a nice area. plenty of food and drink right within walking distance, and conveniently located near a subway stop and grocery store. The apartment was clean and had plenty of storage space, and decent amenities. the internet is fiber, with speeds around 40Mbps, which I found perfectly fine for remote work with lots of video calls. I had a great stay!

I worked from Ana & Pedro's place for a month. It's a gorgeous loft-style apartment. I really enjoyed the tall windows and all the light it let in. The view from the table is the best as you're working away. It should be noted the hosts put an office chair at the table, which isn't in the pictures. The apartment has all that you might need for an extended stay. A nice addition is that Ana & Pedro offer weekly cleaning. The coordination of this went very well. The surrounding has all that Lisbon nightlife has to offer, from amazing restaurants to nice bars. The apartment being in a nightlife area does mean it can get a little noisy on Fridays so keep this in mind when booking. Overall I had a great time at this apartment and would recommend it for both short term and long term bookings.

It was a lovely apartment in a great location. We could walk everywhere and had water view from all windows. We felt safe too.

Juan’s apartment was such a restful welcome after being out and about each day. My son and I stayed here for 9 days and had everything we needed and more. The apartment is spotless, kitchen has top notch appliances, full sized fridge, combo washer and dryer, mini split AC and heater. Rainhead shower head with wonderful water pressure and nice sized bathroom with adequate storage for clothing even though this is a studio. This street is very safe, in a very nice area of Lisbon and central to all areas of the city. Metro is a stone’s throw and you can be there within several minutes walking. Several really nice, good restaurants of different types on this street, as well as a good bakery and a delicious homemade pizza place we loved! There is an Aldi on this street that was a lifesaver for groceries. Juan was easy to reach and replied immediately if I reached out. We loved our stay here and would stay here again. Highly recommend!
