It has two small Kitchen-living room with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of them. This newly built home is perfect for up to 4 guests. Located along the scenic "Achenweg" riverside in Kirchberg and features a private garden. The home is close to all local ski lifts, a practice slope, cross-country trails, and a toboggan run. The center of Kirchberg, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is just 1.8 km (5 mins by car) away. It's also an ideal starting point for valley hikes and has direct access to the bike path, making it great for both summer and winter activities.

Family-friendly accommodation right on the beautiful Ammersee (about 50 m away from the bathing dock). The apartment is around 120 m² and ideally suited for a larger family. Upon request, it is possible to rent a second apartment in the same house so that another family can be accommodated. Herrsching is optimally connected to the greater Munich area, the S-Bahn S8 is about 300 m away and goes directly to the center or to the airport.
