We had a wonderful stay at Joanna’s place. It was a lovely place to see the NY in. The location was ideal. The house was very homely and well equipped to make our stay comfortable. The kids toys went down a treat with the children. I had a very happy 4 year old. All in all, the property was super and I would recommend for families. Thank you. We really enjoyed our recent stay in Overstrand. Tracy was an excellent host. We were provided with local information and questions were responded to quickly. The house was beautiful and just what we needed for our short stay. It was a short walk to beach and the park.

We recently stayed over Christmas to visit family and we had a great time - even a Christmas Tree - thanks Cheryl and Stuart - much appreciated. Everything was as we expected from the photos. The communication with Cheryl and Stuart was really good and a key safe to let ourselves in was easy. The place is spotless, modern and quiet. The beds are really comfortable. Despite the cold outside it was warm inside - a thermostat allows you to change the temperature if you need to. We would highly recommend this Airbnb - close to many places in Norfolk and the coast. Would definitely return when next in Norfolk.

Superb stay, the decor has been completed to a very high standard and is very clean and tidy. Great location, very picturesque and relaxing.

Beautifully decorated, presented and comfortable. But I am not tall. Tall people might find it a bit lacking in height due to the eves shape. Again, compact bathroom. It was great to have both the bath and shower but taller people could find it a little difficult. I was thankful for the fly spray provided in here. The bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. The way I had woken, the bedding wet, pointed to it being a sumptuous feather duvet. I did sleep well. But feather duvets make me sweat. They don't suit everyone. I also kept banging my legs on the corners at the bottom of the bed, due to a lack of space. Most of the equipment was excellent, especially in the kitchen. I was just hoping to be able to catch up on a TV programme but not able on the TV there. I would stay again. It suited me very well. Thank you.

A really lovely stay in Cromer! The house is exactly as advertised, extremely clean, very well furnished and everything of a high standard. A 15 minute walk into the centre of Cromer and the beach. Lovely quiet street with parking in the road. A splendid stay, thank you Lydia!
