Monthly Rentals in Ayia Napa Forest

Light and spacious flat, well appointed, two minutes from a lovely little beach, and very good value. It did us just fine: we had a good stay. Odd though that the renting – impersonal, formal, rule-laden – reminded us of holiday lets in the 1980s; almost as though Airbnb had never happened. Marios responded perfectly to all my queries, so it wasn't that; but I do miss that sense of 'staying in someone's home'; it creates a better relationship even if it stretches the definition a bit.

I highly recommend the apartment with a pool is located in a great location close to the beaches,but also shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries. The apartment is clean and has everything you need and the owners are helpful and friendly .

Our stay at Anke's property was exactly what we'd hoped for. Clean, great size, air conditioning, lovely swimming pool and all the amenities you'll need. Location was perfect - 24hr minimarket 3min walk, strip 10mins, the nearest bay is at the end of the pool - that's where you'll find the turtles, which was an added bonus! There's also a cat feeding spot about 1 min away where you can see they are all in good condition and bring them food - another perk if you're a cat lover! If we're ever in the area again we'll be sure to rebook here.

We had a wonderful time in Demos's magnificent apartment. It is fully equipped and very convenient to live in. Our preferred place is the beautiful terrace with a fantastic view. The photos and description are 100% accurate. We will come back for sure.
