Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Avon Park

My partner and I booked this place to stargaze in the nearby state park. The stay was very nice and I would highly recommend it. The hosts were very responsive.

It was the perfect getaway as we sheltered from Hurricane Milton. The host was kind and helpful. Our little house was cozy and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in the Lakeland area.

Nice, quaint place. Perfect value for the price point. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to and on a cul-de-sac street. Pam was very responsive.

She was a super great host every concern I had she was right there for me, which is very very few. Everything was spectacular very clean very private no interruptions no one bothering you at all, beautiful patio space really luxurious place to stay that’s very private and the most important you fell so safe. I travel I come in very late at night. I never felt weary very very safe area. Would absolutely stay there again with no problems at all !!!!💕

The place was up to my standards. Very clean, comfortable, water pressure was great, we never ran out of hot water. Edward was a super host and next time we come to Lakeland we would look forward to stay in this place again. It is close to downtown and it has many places near by to eat and shop.

My second stay was just as delightful as the first. My first choice in Lakeland when I need to visit!

Nice place to stay, away from any hustle and bustle of the big cities and yet close to many activities. Nice lake view. Host was responsive and gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to the area!

I’ve stayed at Shane’s house in Lakeland several times. Always clean, easy to get into, he upgrades the place, it’s well kept. No complaints!

Brittany was a great responsive and a very kind host. The house is beautiful inside just as pictured. The linens are very nice and clean. The whole place was very clean and we really appreciated the uncluttered house and uncluttered storage and closets. The place was cozy and very easy to just enjoy the well thought out design details. Really enjoyed walking to many places from this location. Thank you for sharing this place, local and a very special stay.

We stayed here for a wedding nearby and everything was very clean and the pictures are true to how the house was listed. Paola communicated well with check in and.l check out. Only complaint would be the pillows were uncomfortable so would recommend bringing your own if possible!

This is the perfect couples retreat! It’s quiet & very peaceful. This unit has a beautiful updated kitchen and bathroom with a nice patio that covers the living room and bedroom. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of clean towels and linen. The living room area has a large comfortable sectional with a large wall mounted tv. Just minutes from Leggo Land and a little less than an hour from Disney this place is the perfect getaway destination!

Trevor was a great host, always responsive and helpful and he even so kindly took us for an orange grove tour, which the whole family loved! The unit is clean and spacious, well equipped, has a great pool, friendly neighbours, and is centrally located in Sebring. We would stay again, thanks for super hosting Trevor!

John and Lori are amazing hosts. Very courteous and responsive. Accommodating and hospitable. You can tell from their attention to details that they take pride and care for their home and the subsequent guests. I can only praise them as hosts. I was in Mulberry for a golf trip with a friend. The location is convenient with grocery and food near by. •The only thing that I can critique was the little inconvenience we felt because that only bathroom for the whole unit is in the primary bedroom. To use the bathroom, one must enter the primary bedroom, while someone is asleep or awake. Adjusting to the privacy thing took some time to get used to. We ended up leaving the primary bedroom door open at all times and the bathroom was available as needed. The person in the room accepted it and the person using the bathroom aimed to be courteous with being quiet during late hours

Halina's condo was exactly as described and pictured on the Airbnb website. Her ground floor garden villa was located on a golf course in Sun 'n Lake in Sebring. The condo was located in a safe and very walk-able area on the golf course with the clubhouse less than a block away. The accommodations provided all the conveniences of home and were very clean upon my arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower with full flow shower head was great. The large flat screen TV and Wifi worked great, too. Communications with Halina were excellent. Everything worked out well during my week long stay and I would definitely consider staying there again on future visits to the area. I would highly recommend Halina's villa condo.

Lori was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond to any messages. Her place was very clean and well kept. The community was quiet and peaceful with some things to do within walking distance of the house. Would absolutely consider staying again.
