Monthly Rentals in Avon Beach

The most amazing Airbnb! Looks exactly like the photos and has amazing unique/modern finishing touches. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to stay again. The location was incredible and only a short walking distance from the beautiful Avon beach. Hosts were over and above leaving snacks and drinks for our stay. The place was in pristine condition and was clean as could be. Thank you very much for hosting us!

We had a great stay at Carl's place. We found it very well looked after, clean, cosy, warm, had everything we needed. It's an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to Christchurch for shops and restaurants. Thank you, Carl - we hope to return when the weather is warmer!

We had a peaceful stay, accommodation was warm and clean. Great base to explore the area. It is separate from the main house, so we didn't meet the hosts, but were really responsive and friendly with any messages. We would be happy to stay again.

The s/c apartment was very well laid out and just like the photos. Bed very comfortable and shower was excellent. We didn’t use the kitchen only for breakfasts as we were with friends from Barton on sea. We leave for for Nz on 18th nov So was a lovely place to stay for last catch up.
