Monthly Rentals in Avarua

We had the most amazing stay here. The home was absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home almost instantly, we had everything we needed, including some fresh fruit, cereal and milk etc which gave us time to settle in (and sleep in!). It was dark when we arrived in Raro, Lynn proactively gave us great directions to find the place before we landed, this was great communication and eased the stress of getting lost! We really didn't want to leave. We felt very safe here which helped us rest and recovery from the daily grind of life. We loved being amongst the nature of Rarotonga, the mountains, beautiful gardens and animals right at our doorstep. I just loved the apartment, the many windows have you an open air feeling all the time. Due to many windows there always was a good breeze so no AC/Fan was needed from my Side. Best kitchen equipment, welcome fruits, coffee/milk for the first days 👍🏻 Place was clean, safe and I immediately felt at home ☺️. The many roosters took a while getting used to especially at night. I had a wonderful stay at Shiloh! The property had everything I needed and felt very peaceful! It’s walking distance to the shops, restaurants and a bus stop.

We really enjoyed our stay with Lynette and Grant. They are very kind and always asked if everything was okay. The appartement was spotless and they provided a lot of towels. They refilled our drinking water daily and we could pick Papayas from their tree. The location was perfect, very close to the dive center (adventure cook island) and beach and it‘s a great spot for snorkeling.
