Vacation rentals with a pool in Avarua

Amazing vacation spot! 🏝️ location is great, with a beautiful beach and peaceful environment. Clean spacious house, including a private clean pool made the stay even more enjoyable

Upon first contact till departure Lynn was very responsive when booking & also followed up closer to our checkin date to insure we had all the info we needed so easy to communicate with. Rangiura Retreat is an amazingly clean, immuculate well thought out home from the lovely gardens to your own very big secure private pool. Such a peaceful haven away from the island rush & road noise. The open plan kitchen dinning, lounge area with the option to dine & relax out on the deck, enjoy the beautiful views of the port, greenary & airport runway (don’t worry most flights operate at decent hours so you wont be disturbed by aircraft noises in ur sleep) Secure gated private pool area with another entertainment bar / food prep area next to pool. We have stayed in many airbnb’s on Rarotonga & this place is top tier, would highly recommend to any family travelling looking to unwind from the rush. Look evn better in person! Such a relaxing home & cute decor touches to it. Thank you for having us

Had a great stay here. Loved the pool, was a great way to refresh in the heat. Car hire made our trip a breeze, giving us freedom to explore the island with aircon. Had our 5-month old with us and the portacot provided was in good condition. Kitchen was well equiped allowing us to cook some of our own meals with local veg.

This was a beautiful home to stay in. It is large, with plenty of space. It is easy walking distance to a beautiful stretch of beach, a good selection of restaurants and a large store for groceries and takeaway food. The pool is lovely. The home looks out onto lovely gardens and fields of produce. It is ideal for either couples or families. Leliani was highly responsive and also gave great recommendations on where to eat, activites to do and where to buy things. Would certainly stay here again.

We had an incredible stay! All thanks to the host Nora! The house was stunning , spacious, beautifully accommodating for my small family and very comfortable. The pool was absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The location couldn’t be better, it was close to everything we needed, right across the Punanga markets & yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect stay!

We loved our stay! The setting of the apartment has a beautiful backdrop of the raro mountains. Bus stop and convenience store very close by. The hosts are extremely lovely and so helpful with all of our raro queries. Would stay here again!

Coco Beach House was absolutely perfect for our group of 7 (parents, 2 x sons in early 20s with partners and out 12yr old). Layout is fantastic. Beachfront is coral but doable with reef shoes. Salt water pool was an absolute hit with all. Everything we needed on hand. Walkable distance to town until we were able to hire scooters. Bus stop practically outside. Tamarind house is 1 min away for lovely food. Highly recommend recommend to anyone without littlies (pool deep and unfenced).
