Beachfront vacation rentals in Atlantic Beach

Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Our place was clean, nice decor, comfortable seating and bedding, easy and walkable distance to beach and local restaurants and shops, to name just a few. We enjoyed our mini “resort” like vacay!

We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

Great house that fit our large group comfortably. The listing was accurate and looked just like the pictures. It was a little too cool for us to get in the pool, but it would be awesome to have in the summer months. The beach outside the house is beautiful with great shells!

Perfect location for a Thanksgiving get away. Super close to the ocean and the little downtown area. Access to Morehead City and beautiful Beaufort is just minutes away. The house efficiently packs 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with a fully loaded kitchen. Beautiful sunsets and amazing ocean walks. Communication with Steve is a solid 10!!!

We couldn’t have selected a better location for the two family 4 kid long weekend. Kids could scooter along the pedestrian road and the playground is within visibility from inside the house. Great amenities and every item you could need from a kitchen was available. The view of the ocean from the top balcony was beautiful.

Beautiful place on the beach with everything you need. Renee’s place was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We stayed comfortably with a family of 6. The views of the ocean are great, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. A great location for a family trip if you want to hang out on the beach and cook meals from the house (kitchen is really well stocked). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great, almost week here! The house was huge (3 floors). Would be great for multiple families. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The location, balconies, and hot tub were some of our favorite parts. The communication from owners was top notch. We had an amazing stay. Thank you!

Pictures do not do this place justice! The views are absolutely breathtaking! We stayed here with my four kids and they loved being able to just walk across the street to the beach. We also loved waking up to the ocean views. Amy’s place was very clean and the small touches she adds made the experience unforgettable! I would definitely stay again!!

This is a wonderful home with beautiful views of the ocean. We could have spent all day every day on the top level deck watching the beach and ocean. We will definitely consider this home again when we need to relax at the beach.

Wow! Smriti's home is amazing! We enjoyed it all. From beginning to end, it was sad to leave. We definitely plan on returning for a full week! The home was exactly as described. The beds were all comfortable, the hot tub & swimming pool were a hit! Kids & adults enjoyed ot to the max. The decks overlooking the ocean was priceless & we even got to see some dolphins. Gorgeous spot with killer view not done justice in the photo. Beach access is very convenient across the street (there is a bit of a dune to get over when climbing back up from beach, may not be great for elderly) but there is VERY close public access as well which is a bit easier access. Well stocked and large kitchen, thoughtful and comfortable furniture and beds, good quality linens and clean and cute hot tub/outdoor shower area. The house would be great for two families and still offer tons of privacy as every room has its own deck, the marsh view (back of house) is arguably more special than the ocean view (front of house). The breeze when opening front and back deck door was gorgeous. The house was also clean and even though pet friendly, we did not feel we were in a “pet” home (no fur/dog hair on furniture, etc). It is on the main road as clearly noted in picture, and it quiets down in the evening. With doors closed you could barely hear the road. Great stay!

Wonderful stay! We have no complaints only that we did not want our stay to come to an end! We will be back for sure . Beds were great, kitchen was stocked, pool was amazing and the hot tub was even better! Wonderful views all throughout the house!

Our family loved Jennifer’s place. The location can’t be beat when you are right on the beach. We had 5 adults and a dog and we had plenty of space in the townhouse. We will for sure stay here again

This home exceeded our expectations! The location of this home was just beautiful. The home itself was very roomy yet cozy for 2 families with 3 children to enjoy. It was also super clean. This Airbnb had the best equipped kitchen i’ve ever seen in a rental with plenty of good quality pots, pans, dishes bowls, various glassware for cocktails, and grilling tools. Even plenty of plastic dishes for kids, ziplock bags and plastic wrap! No detail was forgotten. There are plenty of areas to enjoy meals or just hang out inside the house , out on the deck or on the patio. I also wanted to mention there were plenty of towels, extra pillows and bedding for all 7 of us. I didn’t have any issues but reached out to Matthew to let him know we were very pleased with his home and he responded right away. Matthew’s home provided us with the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in Emerald Isle and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

This little house was the perfect beach stay. The wrap around deck with steps that lead to the sand, private beach access, and big window views of the ocean were amazing. I will emphasize that it is exactly as advertised, “little house on the beach” with one shared bathroom, 2 small bedrooms, and a living room/kitchen this is a perfect spot for a couple, small family, or just a few adults. If you’re trying to save and fit more the beds will accommodate just want to caution it will be cramped! The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for comfort. We used every deck! Super close to the beach, beautiful peaceful view of the sound. It had everything we could possibly need. Karen sent recommendations for food and they did not disappoint! Loved our stay!
