Beach house vacation rentals in Atlantic Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

Perfect location in a cute community. Easy walk right out to the beach, got to see gorgeous sunsets daily from one of many decks, and ample space on the interior to not feel like we were on top of each other. Justin is also one of the most responsive hosts, which we were so appreciative of.

Don’t even think twice, just book it. It’s absolutely worth it and will exceed your expectations. Extremely beautiful house, location and property. Will Definitely try to snag this place again next year!!

We stayed at this house for my son’s deployment homecoming. He is stationed at Cherry Point, which is only about 30 minutes away. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The fenced in backyard is great, and a huge bonus for my 5 month old black Lab. The location is fantastic! The beach is beautiful and a really short walk from the house. You can see the ocean from the kitchen window. Restaurants and Shops are also within walking distance, which is a plus.

Awesome place. Great house for my groomsmen and their +1s. Beach views are stunning and house is perfect. The third floor master is something else with the private balcony looking out onto the ocean. Will definitely book this spot again.

It was a wonderful place in the host were fantastic. I like how there is three units that are very spacious and accommodating. One thing I will say is that the one bedroom unit has a window unit and it can be pretty warm in there if you like like it cold.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeff and Julie's place for the weekend, checking in on Friday and enjoying two delightful nights before our Sunday morning checkout. The home was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and then some! Its proximity to the beach was fantastic—just a short walk away. We particularly loved the amazing backyard, which was perfect for our four-legged friend to explore and play. Additionally, many local shops were conveniently close to the house. Thank you, Jeff and Julie, for being such gracious hosts and making our stay so enjoyable!

This was the perfect spot for our two families! The house was very clean, there was plenty of pantry space (huge amenity for us!), room for everyone to spend time together and apart. The kids loved playing in the game room too. Communication was on point! Deanna really thought of everything. Thank you!

What a peaceful retreat this home is! With the sound out the back & a short walk to the beach, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac this home, with its unique architecture, is a perfect blend of feeling a bit remote without being isolated. Matthew's place was a wonderful home away from home. Matthew is a very responsive host and attended to all my questions in a timely manner. The home is very big and the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking that you want to do. A prefect place for a family gathering. My favorite part is the view of the ocean and proximity of beach access. The home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. That said, the home is next to the community pool which was closed for the winter so I'm not sure what that would be like in the summer. It has been said in other reviews, but know that the home has 3 flights of stairs to reach the kitchen, main master suite and living room. I got my steps in! I really enjoyed my stay and would book again in the future!

If you’re looking for a great location with a walking distance to the beach, this is it. We were visiting for the North Carolina Seafood Festival and ended up skipping a large chunk of it because we enjoyed the area near us more. Pros: plenty of stores close by to grab last minute items for the beach (sandals, sunglasses, and bathing suits), not crowded during the first week of October (beginning of off season but better than staying right in Morehead City) enough room for multiple guests Short driving distance to the aquarium, Fort Macon, grocery stores, nail salons etc Very safe - police and fire station are a block away as well If you end up staying here definitely make sure to go to Shark Shack (very walkable), Table 9, Bahia (also very walkable), Mug Shot, and Beaufort, which is a short drive away and has so many cute shops and restaurants on the waterfront.

If you are looking for both serene views of the sound and easy access to the beach this is the best place. This home has both! The hot tub & pool are an added bonus along with a fence to not have to worry about kids or pets. Really enjoyed the fire pit and grill as well. Plenty of room for family or friends. Kitchen was fully stocked with needs like spices, oil, foil and Tupperware which is always a great thing to have.

Our trip to Harker's Hideaway was very peaceful and relaxing. The private dock and beach was an amazing experience. If you are looking for a place to unplug and just rest, this is a prime location. The island is small and it's not a bustling community but that's not what we went there for. It is a beautiful place amazing sunsets and if you want other things to do they're all within driving distance. (short) We hope to be able to return.

Amazing home in a beautiful community. Short distance from the Beaufort Water Front. Be sure to rent the golf cart. It makes getting around the island easy and enjoyable. Don’t forget to watch for the horses in the evenings.

We love this area. The beach is an easy walk. So close to Publix, restaurants and other things to do. Parking available, daiquiri shop, bottle shop and pizza place make this the perfect beach rental!

Loved the rain shower head in master bath. Double sinks are a nice addition. Master bed extremely comfortable. Overall, very spacious accommodations!

Preston was an excellent host. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s and it was easy to tell Preston goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have an excellent stay. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and linens perfectly clean! We loved having use of the provided beach wagon and chairs! Would definitely recommend Preston as a host anytime!

The location was perfect, inside the house to the dock beautiful view of the ocean and a lot of peace and quite. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great memories. Overall, our experience was amazing would recommend to stay again.
