Very responsive host. Nice place for a small family vacation.

From booking our vacation, communication throughout, to checking in, to having a beautiful place to stay just overall creating a wonderful experience I could not recommend Melissa as a host enough. The location is perfect and quiet with easy beach access, access to pool/hot tub/grills, this felt like home for a week. This was my first AirBnB experience and we will be making this stay a yearly occurrence now.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The Ocean Club is one of our favorite spots and Amy’s condo is one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in. It was clean and well stocked. The view is incredible. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful place in a beautiful setting. Very clean and homey. Laura was very attentive to anything we needed. Laura and family were very nice and welcoming when we did run into each other. Most definitely would stay again.

Great location walkable to the beach and very close to the Fort Macon and walking trails. The indoor pool was a big plus and the outdoor pool was closed for winter but looked good. Buildings are very clean and all elevators are working. Very safe feeling. Good non-tourist restaurant in Beaufort close by, The Spot" and fabulous restaurant in Moorehead, Circa 81. Had a fabulous dinner there. The apartment has lots of pots and pans for cooking and the kitchen was very clean, but I recommend bringing your own knife if you like to cook. TV works well with stations available. Great place and great value. We would love to come back soon.

We were nicely surprised by how stocked with gadgets and spices the kitchen was as well as with a lot of necessities such as paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products… Gorgeous view

A place at the beach was so great. The pool and slide provided hours of entertainment. They even had an Easter egg hunt and games with prizes one day. We loved the private beach rich over the dunes. The condo was just as described and had all we needed.

The unit was nice,everything needed was provided. We did notice something that needs addressing.When the switch for the ventilation in the first bathroom was turned on,the overhead light in the master bath switched off. Also,the outlet on the wall by the counter between the bedrooms,isn’t tight.When you plug anything into it,it’s very loose.I’m saying this,because it could become a safety hazard. Otherwise,we enjoyed our stay,and Brittany took great care of us.

Right next to base by the Slocum gate. You can't beat that!

The location could not be better - just steps from a peaceful and secluded beach! The apartment was spacious, well stocked, and very clean. Just a short drive to restaurants, the aquarium, and Fort Macon. Shari and Bonnie were communicative, kind, and very understanding. A long weekend was not enough time - we will certainly come back!

We had such a relaxing weekend getaway here! The beach access was so convenient and we really enjoyed how quiet the area was (the complex and the beach). My girlfriend is a germaphobe and was really impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We will be back!🙂

Christi was very quick when it came to communicating and did so very clearly, ran into zero issues and my money was well spent with her as my host. The place was very cozy and felt like home. Would definitely come again.

Nice getaway for the weekend traveling with our doggies. It was a last minute trip, to attend the annual Harkers Island Decoy Festival. Apartment was clean and peaceful. We would stay again.

I can’t express how much we cherished our stay at this wonderful place during our Spring Break vacation. The apartment was not only spotlessly clean but also exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Leigh was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions we had, which made our experience even more pleasant. Thank you so much sharing this wonderful space with us! My family and I really enjoyed our time here. We felt very at home and relaxed. We came at the end of the busy summer season and it was so peaceful. The beach really is just steps away and was not crowded at all. We had the pool mostly to ourselves and the laundry facility was really convenient. Linda's instructions were very clear for arrival and checkout and she provided plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to go while we were here! We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for many years and this is now our new favorite place to stay! We look forward to coming back in the future!

Orville was a great host. We asked about fishing. Not only did he bring us some lures but he also cut down some limbs to make for easier casting. So nice. Tim caught a nice size bass on the second cast!

This was a great place with a close view of the ocean! Had a great fully stocked kitchen for cooking! Everything was very clean. We loved it.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here! Pamela was an amazing host she was caring and attentive and the house was homey.

Loved the ease of getting to the beach! The condo had many nice extras in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding soft , the towels plush, and the decor beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The recommendation of WhipSaw fishing charter was excellent. Caught lots of fish.

The hostess was very responsive and the house was beautiful. I highly recommend it. It was a beautiful trip to this house, which overlooks the beach.

Incredible!!! Whimsical Whale was perfect for our family! We felt as if we were staying the week with a distant relative. We felt welcomed and wanted but were given space even though they live upstairs. It was a beautiful, convenient and safe location. They do fail to mention in the listing that they have just about everything you think you need for a beach trip. A storage shed full of all the beach necessities, even a grill we were able to use. I believe out of all of the beach gear we brought, we only used our wagon. She even brought us assorted chocolate covered pretzels, they were delicious. They do have WiFi, and televisions. Although the only way to stream is through the blu ray player. I would suggest bringing some dvds if you have little ones coming along. 10 out of 10, 5 stars across the board!!!

Amy and her place gave my wife and I the break we needed! It was so so clean and was very well decorated. Amy was very responsive and overall, we will be back for sure! Such a beautiful place !!!

Absolutely amazing home and even better host! Truly sad to leave, but very thankful for the opportunity to stay in such a nice home with the best hosts out there! I highly recommend Brianna as a host!

This place was very nice, my family and I stayed about three weeks. Everything is as advertised. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Mike was a good host and would highly recommend staying here especially in the summer months.
