Astor vacation rentals

We really enjoyed our stay- the kids and teens loved the canoes and kayaks as well as the ping pong table. The dock was a great place to relax! The buildings have some wear as described by the host but we were impressed with the cleanliness and we didn’t see even one bug inside, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again!

Very cozy! This host was so very kind and generous! Several farm animals to interact with and even offered a horse ride! Our 4 year old loved walking the trail and petting the goat! Would recommend!

Everything was great. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Be prepared to have little to no reception when in the area. The wifi in the house worked fine, though.

Vicky was super helpful with explaining how to locate the property as well as any concerns that may have arisen. Very friendly and honest. The property is very much a cabin, with wildlife and a nice scenic drive to and from. This is a gem in the area. Centrally located to many must see destinations. I most enjoyed feeling as if I was camping instead of a tourist while I visited the area. I plan on returning whenever I am in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Casey’s place and were sorry to leave. The house and grounds are simply wonderful and the peace and quiet of the early mornings and evenings in particular was magical. So many birds to listen to and watch, and the little alligator and deer in the forest opposite. We took out the Jon boat and enjoyed the quiet river and explored the surrounding nature areas and forests on walks. The house has everything you need and there are so many places to sit and rest outside. We hope to be back some time.

We had such a wonderful 5 day stay at this lovely cabin! From the moment we arrived we could tell Nancy put so much care into making this a special getaway. The cabin itself was cozy clean and with everything we could possibly need. One of the highlights was the peaceful lake, perfect for fishing and just soaking in the serenity of nature. Our kids absolutely loved feeding the squirrels, birds, and fish with the food she thoughtfully left for them. It was such a sweet touch and made their experience even more magical.she went above and beyond by leaving a basket of snacks for us which she didn’t have to do but it was so appreciated! Nancy left us s’mores which the kids really appreciated. She even provided toothbrushes and other essentials, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. It was so nice to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and just enjoy the quiet, peaceful surroundings. We also loved exploring the nearby springs, which were absolutely breathtaking

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at the log cabin. It was everything we hoped for -- cozy, well-appointed, quiet. Our favorite activity was spending mornings reading, paddling, swimming and fishing on the lake. We didn't need to use the A/C at all since the weather was mild and many of the windows had screens.

Very cozy place, great atmosphere and very much away from the hustle and bustle of society.

This home was located close enough to travel by golf cart to a few of the town squares. The neighborhood was quiet -a great place to walk my dog. Brian was a great host, attentive to all our needs. It was nice having the golf cart and a grill on the patio. We didn’t need a thing!

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

The house and Brian were awesome. The house exceeded expectations. Brian was always easy to get ahold of and always friendly. We plan to try out Brian's other location!

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The short walk to the beach and heated pool kept us all entertained. The high chair, pack n play, children’s books, baby gate, pool and beach toys really made the home standout as a family with young kids. We were able to grill out and enjoy all of our meals outside on the beautiful wrap around porch. The downstairs game room and bar helped keep the fun going when the afternoon rainstorms forced us inside. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working for the first day we were there, but the host worked diligently to get it serviced. We were able to enjoy it for the rest of our stay. We are already making plans to visit again soon!

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless upon arrival, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and welcoming, making sure I had all the information I needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and restaurants. I really appreciated how well-maintained and cozy the space was. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and pleasant place to stay!
