Oak Cottage with private log fired jacuzzi hot tub

CharlotteRating, 5 stars3 months ago
What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Lovely location, situated far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the towns but not too far to be completely cut off. Views from the top lounge were spectacular. Host was very friendly and informative about the area.

16th Century Manor One weekend in May is free

KarenRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Cosy converted cow shed near Tenterden

AaronRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had the most wonderful stay at Alice and Alan's cozy cowshed! The space was incredibly warm and inviting, providing a perfect retreat for both of us. Alice and Alan were exceptional hosts, always available to offer assistance and making sure we had everything we needed. They even allowed us to use their beautiful garden, which was such a lovely bonus. One of the highlights was when Alice and Alan kindly offered to drop us into town, saving us the hassle of getting a taxi. They also gave us great recommendations for cabs to get home later on. The stay was extremely nice, and we absolutely loved every moment. We would 100% go back and highly recommend this wonderful spot to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing getaway!

My 5 year old daughter and I spent a night here and it was absolutely blissful. She woke up and immediately wanted to see the lambs and spend time with a dog wandering around. We will be back as both she and I enjoyed it so much. Charlotte was so kind and even gave me some toothpaste I'd forgotten. Book if you can!

The house has been there for 478 years at time of writing this and on our trip here we’ve created more life long family memories that add to this incredible historic and amazing home. Cosy Countryside views/Woodburner/Dog friendly

Laura JaneRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We are just back from a few blissful days at Judin's cottage. This was by far the loveliest airbnb house we have stayed in. Travelling with two small (and noisy!) children can be stressful but we felt instantly relaxed, and at home, and Sarah and Mark were perfect hosts. The cottage was so beautifully furnished, with such comfortable beds, and there were so many lovely touches, that made it feel like a boutique hotel. The highlights were collecting fresh eggs in the morning and making friends with the sheep. Our daughter misses her favourite sheep called 'biscuit'! We were blessed by the most gorgeous weather but this beautiful cottage would be special at any time of year and we would love to come back!

The Old Stable

TinaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Had an amazing stay at Jane’s Old Stable on the farm. We received instructions on how to find the place beforehand and it was easy to find. The property has great views from the bedroom, was clean and had everything you needed for a stay including coal and wood for cooking outside. It was nice to admire the views and animals with a cup of tea sitting in the front garden in the morning. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside, and toasting marshmallows whilst looking at the stars. Kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of pool toys for them to play with. They enjoyed reading the books, playing games both inside and in the outdoor games room. We got to feed the fishes in the stream, stroke the horses, learn about the bantam hens and the kids even collected a freshly laid egg with Jane which was amazing. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub and each time Jane was quick to respond and fix the issue. Would highly recommend a stay.

We had a perfect weekend stay whilst attending a wedding at Cliffe Church and Cooling Castle. The accommodation was a 5 minute walk to the church and 5 minute drive to Cooling Castle, which was extremely convenient with two small children. The accommodation was beautiful, surprisingly spacious and clean. The parking facilities were great and the accommodation was very easy to find. We would definitely stay again when visiting the local area. Thanks Gabrielle 😊

The whole experience was amazing the cottage and the location were amazing. Being both from suburban and urban parts of London as young couple who are engaged it was lovely to get to what we both love country side quiet and amazing views. Me and my partner were gutted we only booked two nights next time we will book more. We loved the great welcome to the produce from their farm as a welcome. To their lovely dogs who were really friendly. We will be returning hundred percent it’s got a perfect old feel but modernity to fill in the gaps. We loved the swimming pool the all round access will come back when it’s warmer to enjoy it properly. Thank you again toby and Kate for the amazing chance to stay there we will see you again Kind regards Sam and Sian

Tenterden -Stunning 3 bedroom Lakeside Lodge

LeandaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a fantastic location, wonderful lakeside setting, perfect for a coffee in the morning and a glass of fizz in the afternoon. The lodge was so comfy and spotlessly clean and everything we needed was supplied. Couple all that with a lovely walk on a paved footpath into the town where there are shops and restaurants aplenty. We had a lovely stay and Richard was a knowledgeable friendly host who couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming.

Sea View Holiday Flat + Pool & Spa in Countryside

Sophie Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had such a brilliant stay. Chris and Erick are lovely hosts and are there to help but leave you to very much enjoy your stay. The flat was gorgeous and really had everything we needed, it was spotless and very warm and cosy, the view is amazing too. The leisure facilities were incredible, hands down the best we’ve ever had in the UK (and we’ve stayed in lots or air bnbs). The pool is just perfect and gym, hot tub and steam room were wonderful too. The local area is great, loads to do, plus you’re in a country park so you can literally go on gorgeous walks right out of the front door.

Cosy period cottage in the Sussex Countryside

DorrithRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The cottage was very lovely and cosy, we felt at home! It was very tidy and clean. The garden is also lovely and has a nice view on the fields and horse. Ann and Bob are very friendly and interested in their guests, but respected our privacy as well. They also gave usefull information about things to do, where to park etc. We would recommend this cottage! The low ceilings might be a bit of a challenge to taller people, nevertheless they also contribute to it's charm. We had a lovely week!

Charming historic cottage in the North Kent Downs

LewisRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The place is actually even better than the pictures portray, every detail is thought about, every item is unique and perfect for the aesthetic… it MUST have been set up by an interior designer! The space was secluded, quiet, comfortable, perfect for our family stay with two little kids, a dishwasher and washing machine provided certainly helped and the fresh milk, butter and eggs were a real extra touch treat. The host was perfectly attentive and thoughtful and made everything easy and clear for us. If you’re looking for a rural feeling escape with an adorable and lush aesthetic, set amongst the beautiful Kentish landscapes don’t hesitate.
