Monthly Rentals in Arrecife Playa del Carmen

Mati's place was great. it was convenient and easy to find. it was the perfect size for just me. The power to the building went out one night I was there but they got it back on by 3AM. There is parking underneath the building but I had to ask the front host about it. I felt safe and comfortable. The views were great and Mati was super responsive.

We stayed for 5 nights in the apartment, we loved the location, it has an Oxxo at par, a place of delicious hamburgers and hotdogs also at par, in front of you can find rich Mexican food and during the night you can also find delicious traditional Mexican tacos by the street, in addition to the Oxxo there is a very accessible beverage shop. The place is quite safe, clean and very comfortable to go through. I recommend it and would definitely come back!

I stayed here for over a month and had a great experience. The location is excellent, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the host is responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and cozy place in Playa del Carmen.
