Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Arkansas

This was our third Airbnb/Vrbo rental in Hot Springs Village and our favorite so far. We come to HSV annually from TX for a couples golf tournament and I think this might be our first selection for future visits. Nothing real upscale or fancy about the house, but the price/value is excellent. Entry into the house was simple using the coded keypad. The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, squeaky clean and all furniture is in very good condition and supplies are plentiful (lots of snacks, coffee pods, bottle of wine, even supplies to make your own smores). 3 flat screens TV's that were easy to hook up to streaming service on my smartphone. Both beds were comfortable. Lots of little night lights throughout the house which was a nice touch. Sitting in the screened porch area is very relaxing & peaceful with a great view of the plentiful trees. Robert was a great host providing lots of accurate information in the listing and was very responsive to messages I sent to him.

Very cozy, private location with great amenities and close to a lot of fun places to explore

WOW! What a great weekend at Kristi's place. It was a girlfriend's weekend and it certainly fit the bill! Even though it rained one day, we still enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the amenities that her place provided. We enjoyed the view of the lake, the chirps from the diverse bird population (even the noisy Canada geese and Green Herons!) If you are looking to kick back and enjoy some wine on the patio while kayaks and pontoon's float gently by, this is your place! Kristi was so very responsive....responding to any question that we had within a few minutes. Sleeping was quiet and comfortable. Such a respite from a busy world. We were able to get away from news and commitments for 3 days! What a treat! We were even able to meet our host which was a treat. Thank you, Kristi!

This is a one of a kind place with indescribable views! So many great amenities and an extremely responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I absolutely love staying here! We stayed here on our wedding night, and come back each year for our anniversary. This is the perfect place to get away from our phones and just spend time together relaxing on the porch. Highly recommend.

Place was perfect! Right on the water, we took out the canoe and were able to fish. About 10-15 minutes from most of hot springs, so good distance to be private but not too far away. Place was beautiful inside. Hosts were friendly and responsive

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Michelle left us cookies, juice, coffee, and muffins. We went to the Swiss/German restaurant she recommended and the Mount Magazine state park where there was another restaurant right on top of the mountain with beautiful views. Such a beautiful location with many things to do. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Huge plus is it is also dog friendly. Thank you so much for the stay!

Had a wonderful stay! House was even better than the pictures look. Great aesthetic and cozy. Fernando is an also an excellent host with great communication.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Exchange! The loft was clean, very nicely renovated, and had great access to Bathhouse Row. We would definintely stay again the next time we are in Hot Springs.

We enjoyed our stay. From the “lakeside view” description we thought we would be able to see the water, but instead it was a pretty view of green trees behind their house. Other than that everything was great. The hot tub was a nice perk.

This place is great if you want to disconnect from the tv and phone and get out into nature. her meditation sanctuary is just a short walk away from the house. The house was very clean and big enough for the two of us. Heidi was very helpful and met with us when we arrived to show us around the property. The hot tub was very relaxing and easy to use. Her three dogs are the sweetest baby’s and will greet you as well! She has a breakfast menu, where she’ll prepare whatever you order and bring it to your house! One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Good place, good area, wasn’t at the house itself a whole lot but the time we were there it was very comforting and relaxing.

This location was perfectly outside of town for us. We were visiting family and the proximity was great to travel back and forth . The grounds were peaceful. Saw wildlife. the space was cozy. Bed was comfy. The amenities were great.

Overall this was an amazing visit. This is the first time I have stayed in a place where the owners also live. After getting past that initial shock, it was fine! It rained off and on so wasn’t able to fully enjoy the lake, but the hot tub was amazing. Was a great weekend get away.

Peaceful and Tranquil. Billy and Char have an amaysing place to unplug and unwind from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend their beautiful place.

I can’t thank Bill and Kay enough. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family, without even knowing just how much we needed the kindness. I booked their BnB as a stop on a long journey to bring my special needs daughter to Texas, where we could access better medical care. What they didn’t know is that just a few months ago, my daughter was fighting for her life—and this move was both urgent and incredibly stressful. Even without knowing our story, Bill and Kay showed us warmth, support, and generosity that made a world of difference. Their peaceful and beautiful surroundings gave me a moment to breathe when I truly needed it. I wholeheartedly recommend their home to anyone looking for not just a stay—but a place where you’re genuinely cared for. You won’t regret it.

If you are wanting a cabin on the creek surrounded by beautiful nature this is it! Our stay and experience was simply beautiful.

The cabin was cozy. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit in the evening. We only had an overnight stay, but would love to come back to the cabin and explore Mt Magazine sometime.

My family and I stayed at Misty Bluff in celebration of my retirement. The best part of the entire experience for me was waking up every morning seeing the sun rising above the mountains from the master bedroom. The house was very clean and the decor made it feel like home. Karla's response time to any question was prompt. I could not have asked for a better experience to start this new chapter of my life.

This by far has been my favorite stay yet! It was so clean, so refreshing, and so soothing for the soul! It’s very secluded, but also close enough to everything that you’re not having to drive very far to do anything. We were recommending this place to people before we even left for home! I think the most impressive part was how cozy it was, most places you stay it’s hard to sleep (not your bed not comfortable) this wasn’t the case here! The bed was extremely comfortable and the atmosphere was just so peaceful, we slept like babies! Definitely made for a very memorable 10 year anniversary! Absolutely will be returning as soon as the opportunity arises!

This was a perfect getaway vacation, with a breathtaking view. Everything was just like the pictures, so beautiful. I would definitely recommend, to anyone that wants a view every second of the day. Wifi works great! And everything was clean. We wish we didn't have to leave so early, but we enjoyed every second of it. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

First & foremost.. the host was very informative about their place & the surrounding areas, etc to explore! Not to mention their responsiveness to addl questions we had during our stay. Secondly.. their attention to details.. not only did they have excellent pots & pans but everything you might need in the kitchen & well thought out “other things” that most AIRBNB rentals don’t have. The great endless supply of hot water meaning you don’t have to wait to shower is a big plus in my books! Both AC splits did an excellent job both upstairs & down! The beds were very comfy as well. Screened in porch was spectacular!! Not only were the views amazing but so many extras..mini fridge, bar area, party lights & more! Lastly.. I messed up on our check out date..ugh. Our host was so very kind about my mistake & made adjustments to his schedule to accommodate us! A HUGE THANKS to our host for sharing their amazing place with us! 10+Stars!
